            We signed up our son for a recreational basketball team through this organization. From the beginning, we noticed a lack of organization and structure within the program. Worst of all, we were excluded from all communication surrounding practice scheduling changes and cancellations. We reached out to the coach via the organizations app and via email. All of our attempts to be included went unanswered. My wife and I work full time, manage multiple properties and have six children, so this lack of communication over something as simple as scheduling resulted in hours of wasted time, effort and lots of frustration.We showed up multiple times to find out (from other parents, not the coach) that the practice had been changed or cancelled without us being informed. When it was all said and done, our son only attending three practices before we grew frustrated enough to pull him from the program. We reached out to the administration with hopes they would do the right thing and refund the money we used to enroll our son. Instead, they have handled our request in three ways.1) Refusing to accept any responsibility - pointing to the fact that they are comprised of mostly volunteers.2) Blaming us for not handling the situation differently.3) General apathy. After we were sent to the treasurer, **** ******, we were told he would get us at least a partial refund. It has now been approaching a month and a half and we regularly have to reach out for any kind of update on the scenario. It is clear that no one in the organization cares about the families that participate in their programs.We could not be more disappointed by the **** as a program. Not just the program, but also the response by the organizations administration to try and make things right. Using make things right loosely. At this point, nothing short of a full refund would satisfy us. If needed, we have screenshots and any other proof needed. Please reach out if more is needed and we are happy to help.
