I went online to their website, found the rims and tires, was approved for *******. I paid ***** to get started and they gave me the order number and confirmation number and said call the store that Im having the rim sent to. I had them sent to the (*********) store in (*********) *******. I spoke to *******, which she was very nice but the process is not as explained online as it is in the store. They charge a deposit fee to get the shipment sent to their store. They add all these taxes and things to the payment that was given to me online and it doesnt add up to what their marketing online and what their marketing in the store they basically have to have the rim and tire in the store that you want or you just gotta settle for whatever they got. I feel thats not how it should work when youre paying this much for renting a wheel and tire. Its false advertising to set my payments at $51.31 a week but in store is higher than that. Its a lie, its criminal and its false advertising. It will take 3 to 5 days once it becomes Monday so she can call and have the rims sent to the store and shipped. I have to pay $80 deposit just to have them shipped to the store. The store in ******** Georgia said it would be $200 deposit to have the rims shipped to their store so Im getting different prices from different locations and all totally different from what was given online. Something needs to be done about this. It is false advertising and its very misleading.

I want to file a complaint against rental wheel located in **************. I went to go see about low pressure in my tire at a facility and as they proceeded to take off one of the Lugnuts from my left wheel, they told me that the lug nut was stripped, they no longer wanted to proceed with, my services . I did contacted Rent a wheel about it, they told me to take the car to fire stone, where they can only do a front alignment, for voucher rent a wheel gave me . As they Proceed to do the alignment, They found out that the car had different Lug nut pattern and the ones they took off were Stripped . I also told them the place where I currently took it could not put one of the lug nut back in, On the left side they took out ,because it was sliding in and out, there was no grip. So when ********* done full Inspection . They told me, It wasnt the right fit for the car and the company had forced the Lug nuts to fit on the car to the wheels, and they only had four Lug nuts on each wheel. Since it was the right wheel pattern it cause the wear-and tear on the Lug nuts, which causes it to strip and caused damage on the left side, the front and the back I do have a written report on what happened on full Report from Fire stone. Rental a wheel said they were not fix it due to the fact that the other location took a lug nut out of the left wheel. But the other location did not proceed with the service and I feel like its Rent a wheel fault for even putting the wheels on and it wasnt the correct fit for my car. How can I get this matter solved.

My vehicle was involved in a major motor vehicle accident resulting in the vehicle being deemed a total loss. I paid for a vehicle service protection in order to file a claim in the event a situation occurred where the tires were not recoverable. This company is still making me pay for a product I no longer possess and am not able to recover. They are refusing me the right to file a claim to cover the cost of their lost product.

In November of 2021 I went to purchase rims and tires from rent a wheel. I was told the price of the rims were $2100 and I could make payments. I Paid $500 down, they took my car back and put the rims on. I gave one of the workers my 20 inch rims and tires for free. As I was walking out the door and my car was finished they came out and told me to come back in to sign a contract. The contract stated the price of the rims were $3500 a completely different price than I they told me before putting the rims and tires on my car. Then they told me the rims would be $7000 after 120 days which is ridiculous. I would have never got the rims if this would have been told to me up front. I was ******* to work and I had to leave I couldn't sit up there for another 2 hours to have the rims/tires taken off. This business is completely misleading, and unprofessional. I paid $2200 so far and their telling me I owe them another $2800 which is a complete scam. I need help resolving this issue. I contacted the business and was told I either pay $2800 or their taking me to court.
