    Dont become a vendor or contract work with them and definitely dont go the extra mile. Especially from central ** to South ** cause the power Tripping tyrant thats in charge will try to discredit the craftsmanship in order to not pay for services rendered. Extremely Unprofessional.

    i paid 60 dollars to apply to a property in ******, ** called valleybrooke apartments and never got an approval or denial. i went to the office several times and no one was ever there during posted business hours. i called nearly a dozen times and never got an answer. i left a voicemail to cancel my application and submitted a claim to my bank. a lady called me 2 weeks later asking if i was still interested in applying and said no. by this time i found a place to live. the application fee is nothing more than extortion. you apply and they never get back to you especially in a timely manner. the apartment i live now responded in under 24 hrs. stay far away from this property management company. they are a scam and will take your money.

    Was so excited to move into this place, but from the start it has been nothing but issues. I have not had hot water for the past 6 months, my light fixture outside has been broken for a month now, water damage, floor smelling like pee, and some other minor things. When you try to reach out to the office they do not reply. I called and emailed 5 times the one day, and eventually got impatient so I walked down to the office. The property manager and maintenance man were just sitting around talking. When I was finally told that they would fix my water heater they just ended up resetting it and not fixing anything (2 times they did this). After 6 months of going without hot water they claimed they bought a new one, but the hot water still does not work. When I first moved in, there was originally water damage, now there is so much more due to the water heater breaking. The property manager could not respond to my maintenance request, but could email me back stating my rent had not gone through, when it had! Then she tried saying I did not pay an additional rent and she was filing for eviction. If anyone is thinking of moving into this place, save yourself the trouble and DONT.

    Hands down, it is the worst property management experience i have every use. Stay away from any elon property. It is very hard to reach anyone over the District manager. I had water damage to my apartment and claiming there no mold or mildew. **** was an okay manger, I believe she was following order to keep a job. But for District and up you ****. Get your fact straight on water damage. Anyone will tell you to open wall to remove the damage, not air dry it and say it will go away. You are label as low income but tell me you never were. Other residents are on ssi and you make payments plain yet you can't make one for me . There is favoritism. You knew my unit was damage and you close out my lease and file eviction. You say once i move out you would make payments arrangements, yet you don't answer my email .?As a business, You seriously need to be put out to pasture. Your a bunch of crooked.
