On December 7, 2023 I purchased a six (6) pack of Ultra Right beer, there order number #***** for $21.92. Ultra Right Beer GA received the money. I have never received the product and the company is unresponsive to my emails and phone calls. In fact, all I receive are boiler plate email responses and no return calls on the messages I have left on their voicemail. The "company" is a complete sham/scam and I am looking for my money to be returned.Initial Complaint

I had ordered (2) 6-packs of the beer from the company back on Sept 13, 2023. I had received a shipping number in December, but then in March, the *** number was cancelled. I had reached out to the company who assured me the product would be shipping, they just had to change their shipping method. I never received a new shipping number. I contacted in June and July again requesting a refund due to the delay, with no response from the company.Initial Complaint

Ultra Right Beer (untrarightbeer.com) took my money and hasn't provided my products. They won't return email inquiries. You can't leave a message because their mailbox is full. "Selling" something online, collecting the money, but not providing the product is very deceptive, almost criminal.Initial Complaint

I ordered four special six-pack limited edition Ultra Right beer packs back on October 1st 2023 order number ***** and the company FAILED to deliver them. I purchased 2 six packs of Conservative Dad's Revenge (6pack) beer, online at their website on 09/12/2023. The total purchase with shipping came to $59.74. I sent an email in December about the order not being shipped and I received an email response on 12/13/2023 that apologized for the delay. I have tried on more than 5 occasions to call the number listed on their website for customer service **************) but the voicemail box is always full and no one ever answers the line. Their website currently state that they do not ship to *** *** DE, *** *** HI, *** *** *** ** and **. The website does not block orders from these states. My order number is #*****. On December 31 2023 I ordered two 6 packs of beer from this company and never received it. For weeks and months they said they were backordered and would be shipped as soon as possible. Gradually, I stopped hearing from them ,no response to emails or phone calls . In the past few weeks I noticed that they changed the order to "being delivered " but it never was . No response and no way to get ahold of them, very frustrating .Initial Complaint

I placed an order for around $80 on 09/12/2023 and still have not received my order. I have contacted the company by phone and email. Each time I was told my order was close to being sent out for delivery but still havent received the items after 10 months of waiting. Many others seem to be experiencing the same issue. I placed an order with this company in October 2023. I have emailed two times asking about my order with no response. Today I tried to call them and they did not answer and the voicemail box was full. It has been 8 months and I havent received my product and they are not responding to my order inquiries.
