    I placed two prepaid orders in August 2024 for 2 six packs of Ultra Right Beer: (1) Order No. ****** placed on August 31, 2024 at 3:50 p.m. - Paid $34.56; and (2) Order No. ****** placed on August 31, 2024 at 3:59 p.m. - Paid $32.07. Delivery promised many times - no delivery made. Last contact was in February 2025 via email and delivery was promised in ***** days. No delivery. Since then, emails ignored, voicemail full and owner **** ******** blocked me on X when I asked for help. **** ******** has been sending me emails trying to sell additional products. Please help.

    I am rejecting this response because my order has not yet been delivered. In the email the company sent me, they said that my order from last August did not make the current shipment and I hopefully should receive it mid June. I would like to wait to see if I receive the order mid June. If not, I will then contact you again with an update. Im willing to wait to see if they make good on their promise for delivery by mid June. Please note that in their response to you, they said that the order had already been delivered. That is not true. But I am willing to wait until mid June.

    I am rejecting this response but I will wait to see if I get delivery. The first response to the BBB said my order had been shipped. However, the companies response to me (dated May 29, 2025) said it had not been shipped but would ship soon. I received a new message from the company today (June 1, 2025) saying my order missed the last shipment but I should receive it mid-June to early July (before July 4th). I do not want the Complaint closed because my order has not shipped. This is the recurring problem ... they keep promising shipment but it never happens. I do not want a refund, I want the product I paid for TEN MONTHS ago. Please keep my Complaint open until I confirm shipment. Thank you very much.

    They said they still haven't sent it and they're sorry. But they did both say when it will be sent. I asked for a tracking number and sent a second email with no response, as usual. I tried to call their costumer service number again. It goes to voicemail and the voicemail has been full since November. I want a tracking number that I can track that shows it has actually been sent and is on its way. Thank you.

    On November 4th, 2024 I placed an order for LIMITED EDITION: Conservative Dad's FIGHT American Beer (6-Pack) 1 . I've emailed a couple of times and got a couple of replies over the months but they usually amount to some form of "due to the overwhelming popularity etc, etc". I would have expected a more personal response such as your order number such and such shipped out on such and such or will ship out on such and such date and here's the tracking number. No such response has happened. Yet on the website if it's current it says they shipped out within about a week of your order. I'd like a response from the business on a tracking number on my order, as well as not closing this complaint until I've come back and confirmed that I have received my physical order not just a tracking number in the system. I fear they got too big too quick or, I dunno and have dropped the ball on many people considering the number of complaints left here. I see some people have received a quick response that their order is shipping out basically "Right now", but that seems more like (we've got a few cases in the back in case anybody complains and we'll ship them out right away upon complaint). But why are they still advertising on the website for any number of things when they can't fulfill the orders they've already got going back over half a year as far as I know?

    I ordered three 6- packs of beer for about $68.75 plus $30 in tax and shipping on August 20, 2024, and today is May 25, 2025. I never received the beer. I emailed a few dozen times, with mostly no response, but a couple of times they said ***** days it would arrive, but obviously hasnt. I contacted the business and owner on X(formerly *******) to ask when it would be shipped, and the owner BLOCKED me! Now they wont return any emails!

    Ordered Ultra Right Beer October 2023. Email I received said it was delivered. Never received it. When I tracked it down, it apparently was delivered to an address in *******. I have sent at least 6 emails, texts and messages. I have tried to call, but no answer or the answering machine is not answering calls. I had one response in January 2024 asking if I wanted my beer or a refund. I asked for the original ( first series of ***** beer) beer.
