Placed an order on Oct 5, 2023 with Ultra Right Beer and was told items would ship within 30 days. After 30 days I had received no notification so I reached out to their "contact us" method on their website which is only a phone number (that's voicemail box is full) and an email address. I emailed the address on Nov 14th asking for an update on my order. I received a response a full week later that my order was delayed and they would have it out to me in the next two weeks. Since that I have not heard back from or received anything from Ultra Right beer. I emailed them again on Dec 5, 2023 saying I wanted a refund and still no response.Initial Complaint

Online purchase October 4, 2023 - Order #*****. The receipt states 30 day Delivery. Never received product. Emailed company. Was given various excuses. As of today, December 7, 2023; the product has not been delivered. Tried calling the company, mailbox is full. Emailed company to cancel order and provide a refund -No response. I will pursue other options to include but not limited to filing a complaint with FTC and Georgia Attorney General.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from Ultra Right Beer LLC in September 2023. I've tried to contact them by email and phone but have not received a response. It's now long past due for the delivery. I've contacted two brewers that said they did one batch of beer each but haven't heard from Ultra Right since September 2023.Initial Complaint

I purchased a six-pack of beer from these scammers through their website on 09/11/2023 and was advised it would ship in 30 days. Here we almost THREE MONTHS later. No beer. Their phone goes straight to voicemail, and the mailbox is full. I emailed their customer NO service at ******************************** Six Weeks ago and "dad" replied that they were busy and my beer should be shipped within 2 weeks. It didn't happen. Now there is no reply from "dad" and you can't get a response on the phone. I feel like this "company" is just stealing their customers' money. Please do something. I ordered 2 six packs of beer on September 15th, 2023they were supposed to ship out a month after I ordered them. It is now December 5th and I still do not have the beer. They didnt contact me to let me know the status of my order. I had to contact them. They said on Nov 17th my order would be getting out to me in 2 wks and I would receive a confirmation number when it ships. I have not received anything. I have sent multiple emails since then and have had zero response. I have tried calling and the voicemail is full so you cant leave a message. I would like a refund since I have never received my order, but I get no response. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen from a company. I think this company maybe fraudulent and would advise people not to do business with them.Initial Complaint

I ordered a limited product when it first launched back in early September. Originally told 30 days to fulfill the order. Reached out via email asking for an update or ETA after 60 days had passed. The company responded once by saying it would be 45 days and an email with tracking will be provided. I ordered a tee shirt and a 6 pack of beer with ****** mug shot on limited edition back on September. Oder number ORDER #*****. Was charged *****. ***** for the tee and ***** for the 6 pack. ***** for shipping. I received the tee shirt and was told 30 days after the order date your beer would be shipped out. I have emailed and called serval times want an answer of my money back. Phone number says you can not leave messages as mail box is full and no emails are ever answered
