    I placed an order for a product on August 30th and was charged $63.02. I received an order confirmation. On October 16 I followed up on my order and did receive a response stating that my order was a "60 day pre order and working on completing the orders now". I have followed up 3 times since and have received no response. I see similar experiences online with many others, some of which have requested refunds without a response.

    I am writing to provide an update regarding the customer complaint. On 2/3/25, we informed the customer that we anticipate their order being shipped within the next 30-45  days as we 
    are in the process of brewing more beer. We also offered the option to cancel and refund their purchase if they preferred.
    As of today, we have not received any response from this customer regarding this offer. We will continue to monitor the situation and ensure to fulfill their order in the time frame we provided.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I did request a refund and my request was ignored.  I have attached a screenshot of my email to the company on December 15th at 3:21pm.  They have continuously been non-responsive.

    Ordered two cases of beer in early August of 2024. I was provided a shipment number shortly after order. The package never arrived. The tracking number reported the item was damaged and therefore not delivered. Ive waited for a new shipment and it has not arrived. Ive tried to call and email the company multiple times and have not made any contact with anyone or received a return correspondence. Their voicemail is full and will not accept new messages. With no response, I have emailed again simply requesting a refund. I have still received no correspondence or a refund

    Paid $110.57 on 30 August 2024 for case of ***** fight beer . Never received, Ive called multiple times nothing but voicemails. Also emailed several times no response whatsoever. I just want the beer collection I paid for. If they cant deliver it by Christmas 2024 ,then I want a refund. Ive really have been very patient.***** ******* ************

    Have not received my order. Placed an order on September 8th 2024. Have not received my order and have contacted the company 3 different times asking the status of my order an update. Why has my order not shipped. No response! They had no problem taking my money at the time of the order on September 8th.......but here I am. Still waiting............

    Conservative Dads ultra right beer was ordered in September *******. Was told it might take a few weeks. The charge to my credit card $30.91 I have not received any information since the email saying thank you for ordering we will contact you when product ships. I went online and found that several people have had the same problem payment but no product. It looks like on your site. Theres been several complaints. *** reached out to my credit card company to see if I can get my money back. I dont know if its gonna happen yet, but I dont want this to happen to other people.

    It appears there was an error in our Shopify system, which caused the order status to show as confirmed without indicating that the item was shipped. This is why we are following up with the customer to resolve this issue.

    I placed an order on Sept 8, 2024 and have not yet received the product as of Nov 26. Several times I have requested an expected delivery date but the company has not provided it.I did receive one reply from the company with an offer to cancel the order along with a claim that they "are working hard to get these orders out." However, they have not provided an expected shipping date and they have not responded to multiple additional emails.

    I ordered a special edition 12 pack of beer from Ultra Right Beer. I have not received the product I purchased nor any communication regarding the shipping or delivery of the product. They have not responded to any of my emails or phone calls. My order #****** was placed September 21 and I have yet to receive anything regarding my order.

    I ordered a collector beer six pack on July 27th. I still have not received it as of 11/25/24. I have contacted them 3 times and called many times with no response back.
