      I have processed TWO separate orders for over $300 for knee patches, however I have not received product. There appears to be no way to contact the company. Emails do not go thru, and there is no phone number provided.

      I Ordered a Traction Pillow from Heaven Patch on July 20th 2023 and the company disappeared online. The Order number was #**H13001.

      I ordered the neck cloud cervical traction device for a total charge of $35.99 on June 26, 2023. I have not received the item; I have tried to contact the company via email with no response. I try to look up the webpage and there is not one. This is fraud.

      I ordered 2 cervical cloud neck pillows and a lumbar support from this website on July 24. I emailed the customer service and they replied they didnt have a shipping number to track yet but would let me know when they do. I tried to reach out many times, now the web site is completely gone, and I have no products.

      I order from this company and its been over 30 days. They told me in writing they ship between **** days. I have asked for a refund since I have not received my product and I keep getting the run around. I suspect this is a scam company and you do t actually get the product.

      Order was placed on 6/12/23. On June 24, an email was sent to compnay asking for tracking information. Company responded that it had been shipped, but tracking was not available at this time. On June 29, an email was sent to company asking where is product or tracking. Company responded that it had been shipped and that delivery times were 6 to 20 days and to continue to wait. On July 10, an email was sent to company that it had now been 28 days and that it didn't arrive within the week that I would dispute the charge on my Credit Card and contact the BBB. Company responded that customs clearance was taking more time that expected. Still said no tracking number. It is July 13 and I am tired of waiting. I don't beleive that it will ever arrive based on other BBB complaints.

      Placed an order on 6/7. They charged me an additional $1.19 foreign transaction fee that I was not made aware of. As of 7/3, I do not have my item, none of the tracking information has been updated, nor have they responded to my emails.

      Ordered Heaven Patch knee patches. The product does not stay on regardless of following directions for use. Contacted Heaven Patch to notify them of the problem. Never heard from them. Then submitted a prompted review of the product, giving it a 3 star rating because of the product not staying on and received an email within 30 minutes of the review stating that I would be receiving a replacement of super sticky patches that were not previously advertised correctly on website. Have contacted person repeatedly who sent me the email with the promised replacement but have never heard back. Just tried to call the advertised phone number to call on the website, but the number does not work. I just want the correct patches that stick. This company *****.

      On 5/18/23 I ordered knee patches from HeavenlyPatches.com for $29.99 using my credit card. I later saw on my bank statement a charge for an international fee of $.99. Since then I have not heard from the company and have NOT received the item I ordered. At this point I would like my money back and credited back to my charge card.
