    Dont buy Hisense products!! Purchased all kitchen appliances and the range oven decided on thanksgiving to turn on the child locks by itself, with my entire dinner getting stuck inside. Here we are over 30 days out, two appts with 3rd party technicians coming out to fix the appliance and still no luck. They are trying to send out another technician to replace the same parts- poor customer service and Im so highly disappointed!!

    Warning to all ****** members...take your Hisense products back within 90 days!!! I purchased Hisense Garage Ready refrigerator model CFU14N6AWE from ****** 12/29/23. Immediately I noticed it does not cool below 40 degrees which is UNSAFE for food storage. Contacted Hisense 01/05/24, case #H3034932. Took 27 days for 3rd party repair. He inspected unit installation, determined door sealing proper, unit is level, power within spec. He said Hisense Tech support told him the temperature was within range and the compressor would make it colder in summer months. He showed me how to measure the temperature using a glass of water left in the unit and all summer long it never got below 38 degrees. Family health issues soon took all my attention and didn't pursue further. Now, 11 months later 12-9-24 the unit completely stopped cooling, refrigerator at 62 degrees and rising. Did all the same troubleshooting with ****** Technical Support and they opened another Hisense case #H3536728 and scheduling 3rd party service who since contacted me to say 8 days until they come out. I'm so frustrated with the poor quality of this new Hisense refrigerator and the lengthy time to get service.

    I have a 6 month old refrigerator that you cannot get a replacement water filter for. Im so tired of automated responses. I was going to buy the matching pieces for my kitchen. Im so glad I didnt. Im literally sick at my stomach over this.

    Ours broke after just 2 years, component failure of the T-Con. Really disappointing to see the lack of care in backing their product or customers. Not even a discount offered. Pathetic, spend the extra money and dont get scammed by Hisense.

    1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience*"I'm extremely disappointed with my Hisense 4K ****** which stopped working after just 14 months! Considering minimal usage, its short lifespan is unacceptable. Poor reliability and durability are major concerns. Would not recommend."

    I purchased a Hisense window air conditioner with a 2 year warranty. It worked well for a year but suddenly went dead. **************** was initally very helpful and offered to send a tech to ***air or ***lace the unit. They assured me this would only take a few business days. I have now called 8 times over the course of a week and each time I speak to a ***resentative they seem to have no knowledge of my case and then give me completely contradictory information. Asking to speak to the previous *** does no good and they have even told me no one by that name works there. On one call I provided a picture of my receipt and the *** assured me this was adequate for my warranty. I received a text message saying a technician would call me in 5 business days. When I called back for clarification the *** put me on a long hold and came back to inform me that my receipt was invalid and no technician could be sent until I went to the store a had them print out a new receipt. She refused to let me speak to a manager and told me that no one else was available to take my call. She promised that my case was now 'escalated' and assured me a manager would call me by the end of the day. But she would not tell me the name of the manager or what time they would call. On my next call the *** was very sympathetic and assured me that the last *** was mistaken and everything was fine. She told me that the case had been escalated again and assigned to a local ***air company. She gave me an 800 number to call and to schedule when a local techncian would come by. I called the number and it sent me to an inbound telemarketing center with a *** who made an agressive pitch selling me a medical alert bracelet. On my next call the *** told me that I must have have dialed the wrong number. She put me on hold to check and then apologized because that was a medical bracelet sales center. She promised me a tech will call tomorrow. But I am positive they never will. I just want to fix my AC.

    TVs are made with cheap parts, had to replace a board within a year and needed a second 3 years later. They no longer manufacture the board and Hisense will do nothing to rectify the issue. The only thing worse than the ** is this companies customer service and policies.

    Purchased a Hisense dehumidifier after 1 month had problems. Called try troubleshooting, still didnt fix the problem. After speaking to a representative: several times, cut the cord will send another or give a refund. Received a refurbished . Nothing was said about a refurbished one. I dont call that a replacement. Someone elses problem. No satisfaction there. **************** and supervisors not even coming close to trying to help .

    *** owned three other brands of smart TVs before purchasing my first Hisense 75" TV, and I must say, Hisense has the worst customer support Ive ever experienced. My remote stopped working after it fell, and even though Im still within the 90-day warranty period, *** had to make four calls to Hisense, only to be told they cant replace it. This is a minor issue that could have been resolved in minutes. I now understand why they have such a low rating on the BBBthey deserve even less.

    The Hisense ******* I bought at ******* 1 or 2 years ago has a problem with logging off and turning on by itself, at this point I have no manufacturing warranty but would like a replacement of the the product, I read of others with similar issues of the product if it's defective it should be recalled, if ******* sold it it should do a recall on this particular brand.
