I brought a hisense tv from ******* 2019 for my mom it lasted 4 Years I now see why they are so cheap when. I had it check out it will cost me the same $300 I paid for the tv to be fixReview from James P

Hisense =TRASH I paid almost $700 for a 65 inch smart TV from ******* around June of 2022. We brought it home hung it on the wall and that's where it stayed till July 7th of 2024 wake up that morning try to turn it on and nothing but a flashing red light. I send Hisense an email with model and serial # what its doing and I wait for 3 days. I didn't expect them to fix it for free but all the email basically said was you don't have a warranty after a year so contact a local repair service. What that should tell everyone is that they know they sell junk cause they only give you a year warranty. When I was growing up we had one of those big floor model tvs it was made in the 70s and it still works till this day. Any company that won't stand by the product no longer then a year makes it with cheap parts cause they want it to tear up so you will buy another piece of junk. They didn't even give me a guess on what could be wrong with it . If you know anything about tv repairs getting it repaired will cost almost as much as a new tv . I'm gonna go to my local ******* on Saturdays for the near future and talk anyone that's considering buying one of those Hisense junk TVs out of doing so. I know it's not going to do anything to Hisense but it might help someone save some money and they will get more than 2 years out of a $700 tv. They was sorry for any inconvenience this my caused me. Not sorry enough. They sure told me if I would have bought the extended warranty they could have fixed it. Hisense will never get a red cent from anyone in my family I'll make sure of that and a few other family's to.Review from Bree A

Hi sense is horrible. We purchased an air conditioner it did not work. Purchased it online. Did not have a paper recipe had to hop through hurtles to get the paper receipt. And still had issues getting refund or exchange. **************** agents are horrible they have attitudes like they dont want to help. No one is on the same page. They are very inconsiderate. My mother is 86 years old and we live in the south she has been without air conditioning for almost 2 months dealing with a his company. I would not advise anyone to buy any hi sense product. They do not warranty their products are send ******* defective units and tell customer u should buy extended warranty. Never buying them again. I bought 6 TVs and two came defective and they don't even help fix it.Review from Rahul H

I bought a Hisesne (****) refridgerator on Dec 30, 2023. Stopped cooling altogether in April! Had to jump through hoops to get it fixed under warranty which took almost 3 weeks of constant follow-up with ****** and Hisense. Now here we are in June and the fridge stopped working again. Day 5 of following up with Hisense and so far their response is "the case is under management review and we will call you once the review is done". No ETA, no resolution, no accommodation, just management review.Worst, most customer unfriendly company. Never buying a Hisense product again.Review from Lauryn W

Horrible customer service! I bought a brand new ********************** refrigerator October of 2023 and within 6 months it stopped working. I followed all of the steps and after 12 weeks I finally got a repair man sent out to fix it. He then tells me Hisense sent the wrong parts and that I have to wait for the correct ones to come. The following week he came to fix it and said it cannot be fixed and that I need a new one. I am now 2 weeks out and still cant get Hisense to complete my claim to get me a new refrigerator. I am living out of coolers!!!!!! ????Review from Stephen K

I bought a 50-pint Hisense dehumidifier from ****** on May 24, 2022. It recently died. The technician who services our HVAC system tried to fix it, but pronounced it dead. I called Hisense, and the unsympathetic rep told me the warranty was only for two years. I had just missed the cutoff. He said there was nothing they could do. It is pretty sad that Hisense sells a product that only works for two years. They must know their products are below par, which is why they only offer a two-year warranty. It's also sad ****** sells such shoddy products. I will not make the mistake of buying a Hisense product again.Review from David B

Hisense is the most customer unfriendly company I have ever dealt with.Purchased a dehumidifier from Lowes on 4-30-24 in ******** and it died on 5-29-24. Instead of taking their quality product back to place of purchase you have to jump through hoops going back and forth via e mail and finally after two weeks a replacement is suppose to be delivered today and now was told that there is a fed ex delay. I will never purchase another product that has their name on it and I would deter anyone from purchasing their subpar products. Their customer service reps read from a canned script and the minute they get questioned on something not on their script it is a sooty for your inconvenience and I am ending the call.Review from Tonya J

We purchased our 75 Hisense television in October 2023. By June 2024, our television is not working. We called Hisense to ask them to honor the 3-year warranty, and of course, they would not. They claim that our television is damaged on the inside. There's no damage to the outside; we communicated this repeatedly: this is a bad company to do business with. We will buy another television, but it will not be from Hisense. Not only do they make crappy products they do not honor their warranty either. I'm very disappointed and will tell my colleagues and friends to steer clear of Hisense.**** is the manager to whom we escalated our claim, and he was pretty unhelpful.Review from Thomas L

Purchased a Hisense refrigerator 6 months ago. The power supply failed which was diagnosed by a service person sent by the company 4 WEEKS AGO! I have made several call to Hisense customer service and have received zero information on when my product will be repaired. Obviously it is under the manufacture's warranty. Every call the customer service person says it has been expedited but neither I or the service person have heard from Hisense.
