1 starI bought an 85-inch TV (HISENSE 85A6N ************** in February/2025 and when it was this week I went to turn on the TV and it had problems on the screen, I contacted Hisense through chat, after sending photos of the screen image that has many lines vertically and horizontally, the attendant informed me that based on the images the unit shows signs of damage, which voids the warranty. So I told her that she could send a technician to my house and check if the TV has any scratches, dents, scratches or anything broken, it is disgusting to give a diagnosis like this just from a photo. Very, very sad and disappointed with this my first purchase of this brand.Review fromAndrew B

1 starBought a new 85inch television and within 10 days it was acting up. After calling over 10 times about the issue they want ME to go and download software updates and install them on a brand new tv now they wont service the tv unless I have a company come unmount it after paying to mount it. 1 starMy Hisense tv is 3.5 years old and stopped working. There was zero damage done to it. I was actively watching a tv show when the screen went blank. Of course customer service was of no assistance. They sale lemons! You will not get your moneys worth. I have a flat screen from 2008 that still works perfectly and two others that Ive had longer than the Hisense that is no longer functional. But a different brand! 1 starMy fridge was just delivered, and there was a crack in the door shelf. So I called *********************** twice. First there was woman that answered and her tone already sounded tired annoyed and disingenuous. I told her she was being rude/disrespectful. I had to hang up, bc instead of acknowledging and rectifying she stated Im not being disrespectful/ rude. Called a second time. To try and get a different representative. Told him my issue and he hung up. Call didnt drop I have full signal. I too work at a call center, and I do take pride in not mixing my personal issues and state and projecting it to paying customers!!!! Felt more likepayback hang up, than anything else. But cant prove it obviously I wasnt there. I hope they all the day they deserve.Review fromVolodymyr S

1 starHisense; aside from having the most unreliable electronics and radio equipment/ products, also happen to have the most irresponsible and **** customer service operators in the history of consumer product customer care. Honestly do not know how ********************** has an A+ rating from the BBB, seems like someone is not doing their inspections and service quality checks correctly or someone might be paid under the table. Thank goodness the BBB is not affiliated with any government entities or I wouldve been reported this inconsistency with the *** general inspector.Review fromRobin F

1 starWe got the Hisense U8, 55 inch, already broken! Service came with many parts and could not fix!! Not sure when it will get resolved?? This is terrible! How can I afford to lose almost ******? I said I want my money back, but refused to do anything!!Help!!Review fromScott F

1 starWOE IS ME We had a Hisense refrigerator delivered a day after we purchased it thru ********* on March 15, 2025. Three days later it died. ***** said you bought you own it, we do not handle these issues and there is nothing we can do, sorry you will have to contact the manufacturer. So i called Hisense and had to answer ************************************************************************** (no person answers and no option to get what you need). I did this several times wasting much of my time getting nowhere. I dont know how but finally someone picked up the phone, but then I couldnt understand them Wow go figure! Under Warranty, They hooked me up with a service company 1 hour away and their scheduler actually called me to set up a time which was more than a week out. Five days into waiting i get a text without notice saying we looked at your order and had to cancel it because you are too far away to be covered. So i call back with my interpreter this time to get clarification and they say we will have to find someone else and we will let you know. 5 days past and still no word, so i call back same thing again and they say were looking for someone that can fix it. I wasnt getting off the phone until someone else was scheduled. So they did schedule another person and gave me his info so i could call and take care of it all myself! His inbox was full and no answer after 20 tries. So i text the number and he actually replied and after several correspondence he says it sounds like a leak or compressor issue and he wasnt qualified to do it either. So immediately i called back and now im ******. It is now April 21, 2025 and we are supposed to be contacted for the next round of instructions. Why are we in of charge of this? Beware of this brand, very sketchy company. It looks nice and has special options but its not reliable or functional! 1 starExtremely unhelpful customer service. We purchased a refrigerator that quick working three weeks in. They sent someone from a company who identified the issue and then proceeded to submit the claim. Waited. Then another individual came out to fix the issue (stated that it was not the initial issue and fixed what he said was wrong). Fridge still not working at this point so called Hisense and they refused to fix and stated that we would have to take the fridge back to the store we bought it from. They were unwilling to honor the warranty stating that a specific technician is needed and were not in the service area and theres no one to fix it. So were left with a fridge that doesnt work (for the last 4 weeks) and zero help with customer service and the warranty that is guaranteed.Review fromJacqueline S

1 starWe had just bought a Hisense range from Lowes, and had 2 weeks. My granddaughter baked some cookies on 350 degrees and took them out to cool. About ***** minutes later we hear shattering glass, the glass in the oven door had exploded. She had left the oven door partly open, if opened all the way she would have likely been severely injured. I tried reaching customer service, but couldn't reach the right ***** Went to ****** and the salesperson tried over and over, going through every number the automated operator gave him. After trying for several hours, finally talked to someone there who gave him authorization to pick up. I hope you will find out why this happened. From some reviews I read, overheating was a problem. But the oven in the Hisense range is dangerous to use. I had to wait over a week to get the stove and am now waiting another week for it to be picked up. I hope whoever manufactures your kitchen stoves finds the problem, before someone is seriously injured. I gave the company the model and serial number. They asked for the manufactured date which I could not find. The stove is made in ******.Review fromMary M

1 starHisense Glasstop Electric Range!!!! Bought Nov. ****** at ***** in *****, **. I boiled water on front large burner. Turned it off when I saw water was boiling and let it set on burner. Later picked kettle up and the glass was flaked!!! Next morning, it had cracked across the front so 2 large burners DO NOT WORK! Called Hisense, all numbers listed. Could not get response! Finally, I talked to *** about warranty and told me it's not warranted!!! What the Heck! Used less than 3 months and will not honor it. My case # is *******. Called again and again. Finally a *** told me Hisense has a "defective product warranty" that could cover it. Well, supervisor says NO NO NO! Stove cost and delivery was $766.47. Hisense will not fix it, honor the product warranty or anything. I call **** on this company and highly recommend that NO ONE EVER buys a HIsense product again! I charged it to my credit card so I called them and asked them to stop payment to Lowes for it. Someone else is going to continue to try and help me resolve this because I CANNOT AFFORD TO BE OUT OF $700.00 AND NO STOVE!!! **, I'd already owned and used a glass cooktop for many years with NO PROBLEMS so not new to me how to use it. Shame on HISENSE for allowing this to happen to me or any other consumers out there!!!!!!
