      ****-24 I was charged 49.97. I called customer service number and the lady basically told me I couldn’t get a refund because I didn’t cancel . I explained to her I initially got a car wash1 time and the lady said if I don’t like just cancel .* **** ****** ************* , and I forgot to cancel ppl make mistakes .. she then said I only have 2 options use the rest car wash for the rest of the month or just cancel.. I explained to her I donot want either I would like my money back .. ***** and other companies refund ppl who forgot about these auto pay subscription.. this is a scam .. I would like a refund . I have pictures as well .. I’ve done customer service for over 8 years .. she could refund if she wanted to and she is wrong .. it’s a good car wash but I don’t always have time to get a car wash I work .. so me having this come out of my account monthly is a loss doesn’t benefit me in any way.

      Went for a car wash at the Tidal Wave Auto Spa **** * *** **** ** ******* ** ******** ** ****. I paid for a $26 car wash. 3 days later I was charged for a $49.97 subscription I never signed up for. I reported the fraudulent charge to my bank. Upon further research I found a ****** thread where multiple people have gone through the same issue at different locations. It seems this isn’t a one off incident, but reoccurring. This business seems to be running an unethical, fraudulent, and unprofessional business. I would hate for this to continue happening to people. I think an investigation should happen here.

      On ***/24 I signed up for a one month car wash program for $10.71. Directions say I had to cancel within 7 days of renewal and I had to do it online. I did it online and never got a confirmation. I called customer service a few days after the 30 day time period and spoke with Ashley. She said because I had no confirmation I filled it out online, she would not refund my monthly charge of $49.97. She told me she would cancel my account immediately and I could use the car wash until then end of **** 2024. That was approximately two weeks ago and I still have not received any info re cancellation and have no way to get a refund or cancel since they refuse to do either. Please help. All I want is my $49.98 refunded to my credit card and my account cancelled please.

      Subscribed to the tidal wave car wash - was told I could cancel at any time. Prior to the renewal I canceled. When I saw the charge appear on my credit card I called to explain that I cancelled, would not be going back due to damage received from the car wash and to refund the charge. I was told no. That it would be canceled at the end of the month and the charge would hold and then be canceled. The attendant that sold the membership told me it could be canceled at any time for any reason and their website clearly states that as well (picture attached). The customer service person 'Holly' she would not give me her last name and would not let me speak to a supervisor. Said she could pass the message on but it may take 3-5 days. She was rude and obviously did not provide mem with the customer service I deserved. I will continue to dispute the charge.

      Subject: Unauthorized Charges and Request for Refund Tilda Wave Auto Spa Management, I am writing to address a concerning issue related to unauthorized charges on my account. In July 2023, I visited your establishment in **** ***** ** for a car wash and was charged $26.69. At that time, the attendant informed me that this would be the standard charge for every visit. However, I did not sign up for any membership or subscription plan beyond that single visit. Upon reviewing my bank statements, I discovered that I have been consistently charged varying amounts by your business since then. To clarify, I did not authorize these additional charges, nor was I informed that they were part of any ongoing membership. Here are the charges for each month: July 2023: $26.69 (authorized) August 2023: $21.34 September 2023: $25.59 October 2023: $25.59 November 2023: $25.59 December 2023: $25.59 January 2024: $25.59 February 2024: $25.59 March 2024: $25.59 April 2024: $25.59 The total charges amount to $256.16, which is significantly more than what I agreed to during my initial visit. I find this situation unacceptable, and I kindly request the following: Refund: I request a refund for the unauthorized charges incurred from August 2023 onwards. Please credit my account accordingly. Membership Cancellation: I was never informed about any membership or subscription associated with my account. Therefore, I request the immediate cancellation of any such membership. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. As a loyal customer, I believe in fair and transparent business practices. I trust that you will rectify this situation promptly. Please confirm the refund and membership cancellation via email or phone. If you require any further information, feel free to reach out to me. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

      I paid for a month of service, but when I went to have my car washed today, they wanted a credit card to hold on file even though they already have my card on file. They would not let me go thru to get the car wash that I have already paid for. I called corporate and they said they will not refund my money. Although its not a lot of money, it the point that I paid for a service and not allowed to use it.

      On Black Friday I went in for a car wash.... The female attendant told me that they were running a Black Friday special for the price for car wash I could get a month's worth of free washes. Nothing was mentioned about it would be a reoccurring charge of $44.97 after the first charge of $26. Two Days later I was charged $44.97 for the monthly subscription. I went to the tidal wave website and filled out a form to cancel the membership immediately. The company charged me three times after numerous phone calls and attempts to get this canceled, I'm currently waiting to see if they charge my card again for the March fees. And after several conversations they refuse to refund my money to my credit card, customer service representative says I'll have to take it up with my bank. I'm currently been overcharged $134.91, and have not been back to the car wash because I do not live in this town that the car wash is located in, and that being said would have never agreed to a monthly membership at a car wash but I do not live near.

      I came in for one wash and was signed up for the monthly subscription. I've have been trying to cancel it through the site, customer service chat as well as phone call and no success. I eventually blocked them from being able to successfully charge my card.

      I had my truck washed at this location shortly after it opened. There was a guy standing at the point where you choose what type of wash you want. He said whatever one I selected I could get it for a month without additional charges for the next 30 days. I asked him if I had to cancel or was it something I had to sign up for every month. He told me I would have to ask each month in order to continue the same program. The next month I got billed 49.97. I called and was told it was an automatic charge until I told them to cancel it. This is the opposite of what I was told when I signed up. I want my $49.97 refunded.

      I imagine from my experience with this company they may not resp9oned. As they do not care if they have satisfied customers or not. They just rely on volume of business.

      This a sorry excuse for a business.
