    They had cars $19 down flyers mail for the month of April and I went to see about getting a car from them. Well the flyer states nothing about approved credit. The flyer states your job is your credit.

    As you see on the flyer it is down payments as low as $19. There is also a disclaimer marked (1). The disclaimer as you can also see in the picture States for qualified buyers with approved credit.   Due to your credit score and two previous repossessions you did not qualify for the $19 down. We would be happy to process your application further to see what you could qualify for.

    I am rejecting this response because: I can't find a co signer and yet I need my own car for a small down payment I can't afford $1500-$2000 down payment

    I'm sorry you rejected the statement.  The problem is that the one lender that approved you reqiures a miminum down payment higher than the $19.  As I said, with your bad credit you just didn't qualify with the lenders that would approve a customer with that down payment.  Rejecting this answer wont change that.  I wish you luck in finding dependable transportation.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  If you work with me on the down payment then I will reconsider. But the trip costed me $20 in gas to get there and back

    I put $1000 down on this Dodge journey I felt so I was kind of pushed into buying this car. The moment I drove off the lot after purchasing the engine light came on I took a picture of the date and time and sent it to him that night the next morning I called him and he said bring it by here so the owner tested it and then told me to take it to ******************* in ******* ******* to have it serviced come to find out its **** something dollars worth of damage to the transmission and the warranty company will not fix it because it was tore up before they sold it to me I cant afford to fix this car. Plus the service guy at ******************* told me if I keep driving the car the transmission will blow up so I havent been driving yet its been sitting in my driveway . I called him and told him about it and what are we going to do and the salesman said oh were gonna fix it we dont ******** around but theyve yet to fix it and its been a week I dont know what else to do I wished they would please take this car back and take it off my hands please help me . Plus the back up camera doesnt work and when I took it back and I asked the salesman about how blurry it was he said oh Dodges are like that. Not any car has a blurry back up camera. Also the windshield wiper hose is broken into.. ****** the salesman and ***** the owner have really taken advantage of me please help me I dont have a lot of money I dont know what else to do

    ********************* is distorting her story.  Yes there was a near immediate problem with the vehicle after her purchase.  When she came to the dealership I ran the code and to my recollection it was for a torque converter circuit out of range.  The vehicle was driving fine, and we had had no transmission codes before her purchase.  At that time i believed it to be from a dead battery at some point.  I told her if it came back on we would take care of it.  About a week later the light came back on and the diagnosis was to replace the torque converter.  ********************* showed up here demanding we take the car back and that the ****** ************ Auto Finance) said we had to.  I told her that that wasnt true and her lie was exposed when *********** did not corroborate her story.  I explained the deal was already done and that we don't unwind deals here but we do look at the issue and decide if we will help.  Because her issue had been an immediate one, I told her to have ******************* **** submit a warranty claim and if the warranty did not cover the torque converter then I would.   

    Monday morning. 11/7/2022, the warranty company denied the claim and I authorized **** at ***************************************** to go ahead with the repair.  **** messaged me just after lunch today to let me know the repair was done and I paid them with my company card over the phone.  I have attached the repair order and receipt.

    Although ********************* signed a buyer's guide stating the vehicle was as-is, and in spite of her swearing at my sales person and being very ugly, we still honored our word and paid for the repair as goodwill.  ********************* was already aware that we were paying for the repair before she ever emailed you.  I believe her to be manipulative, and will not lose sleep if she never comes here again.
