I signed up with Brandberry unlimited for their 90 day coaching program on February 09, 2022 where they GAURANTEED that I would get $10k/month for three months ($30k in total), or they will work with me for free until I do. The names of the two coaches who started the business are Mike Anderson and Mike Poglese. I would not have signed up to work with them, if they did not have this gaurantee. None of what they promised happened. Then in October 2022 they secretly shut the company down with no notice (including a group chat on the app Telegram for the business), no responses and are not doing refunds to anyone that was in the program. I paid $6,000 to join the program (first month: $300 initially and then $1700, proceeding to pay $2,000 for month two and month three). I've attached all the pdf documents I have. I'm looking to reach out to my bank for a refund as this company is out of communication at this point. I know many others have put out a complaint for this company as well.

I purchased online business support/consultation services on August 9, 2022. A few days later, the company announced that they were no longer accepting new clientele. To some of their clients, they communicated that they were shutting down and declaring bankruptcy. I received no notifications of any kind. The promised offerings of their business services were spotty, ineffective, and inconsistent. 54 other clients have also requested a refund due to the same issues.

Signed with this company for sales and marketing help on April 6th with a $30K guarantee or refund of an initial $5K payment. I spoke with them a handful of times about the lack of sales - a final time on 9/8, asking to dissolve our membership and requesting a refund. At that time, they stopped communicating with us. They have also done this to at least 20 other people I know. We are each reaching out to our credit card companies, but in many cases, it's past the 60-day guarantee that the credit card companies can help with. We had to give the sale/marketing plan 90-120 days to work. I feel that the Brandberry owners knew this loophole and intentionally defrauded their customers. I also paid $97/per month for a subscription plan. Plus, additional money on staff that they had us hire.

I enrolled in a 90 day program with this company with a contractual guarantee of generating $30,000 in sales or they would would work with me until I did. They also had a no-questions asked, money back guarantee as well. The company secretly dissolved and I never received a refund and/or I was unable to generate the amount of money they promised through their services. While in the program I was also being charged a $97/month fee to use a platform to create my own program which was shut down and all of my hardwork was lost despite paying for the platform for 5 months and deviating hundreds of hours to it.

Brandberry Unlimited, LLC reached out to me on LinkedIn and sold me a Business Coaching Program. That program contains software modules for training on lead generation for my coaching business, daily calls (Monday - Friday) every week, and 1:1 training from both founders. I have a signed contract with them, and within that contract, I am guaranteed a full refund if Brandberry Unlimited, LLC does not generate $30k of revenue for me in 3 months utilizing their coaching program. They did not generate any revenue for me to date. I was then told by Brandberry Unlimited that there would be additional Virtual Assitant fees that I had to pay which were never disclosed to me from the beginning. I did pay these fees monthly. Since I began using the Brandberry Inc coaching, I have generated zero revenue and incurred more costs for Virtual Assistants. I have been sending multiple emails, and messages via our group and individual chats on Telegram to the two founders with no response from them. They blocked me when I asked for a refund, and to this date have never replied back to me. I have sent several emails and the email address is also bouncing back. They are active on their social media accounts over the dates that I have been contacting them, but not responding to me. I've spoken to 20+ other coaches in our program - ALL of whom said the same exact thing -> Brandberry Unlimted, Inc has generated zero revenue for any of them and are not responding to their requests for refunds. This business is a scam. They have taken money from multiple people and I want a full refund for the program and Virtual Assistant fees. But I also want everyone to know that the founders and this business are scamming people.

I was promised an additional 30K in revenue within 90 days if I followed and participated in the coaching program, which I did. Not only were the promises not delivered on but I was promised that they would work with me for free if we did not reach that goal which we didn’t. Within a certain time frame the company shut down all of the promised deliverables and did not notify anyone until today and refused to give us refunds, which again was also promised in the agreement.

Back in April/May timeframe, I contacted the vendor via their online IG AD for their business online services and they kept pushing their service or online business program. I made it clear that I expect a full warranty if I am not satisfied and their employee, ******, who is no longer with them as them, Columbia bay *** me repeatedly to sell the program and ensured me the language that the money if fully refundable would be in the contract. After joining the program, I paid a total of $4750.00 between May and July of 2022. Since August, I have made it clear that I want a refund and I am not satisfied with the program, however Mike and Mike of the company have not responded and I have had no contact from them for at least 6 weeks. The whole experience has been a nightmare for me, as I was May joined with the intention that I would get the best service and results, but it is clear that the two owners have very little experience and they are overselling the program. In fact, we n August 8th they cut all of their staff with little notification and indicated they would handle the clients in their own. This was a very much a scam and I was told they would help me strategically with the building of the online business and all I got was a very poorly put together 3 box flow, which I as most unhelpful. I want my money back and this to be closed out. The contract clearly states that the money is refundable. I feel this is a online scam.

To whom it may concern on or around March 30, 2022 I paid $5000.00 (which company helped me take a personal business loan to pay) and entered into a contractual agreement with Brandberry Unlimited LLC. Where the agreement clearly states, and was confirmed verbally from multiple employees of the company; "NO QUESTIONS ASKED, MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" if the company does not help client produce an additional $30K in revenue within 90 days. At the time, said company was luring transformative coaches like myself, and many others, with their guarantee of 30k in 90 days and a promise of 3-5 leads a week. I realized shortly after the purchase, about 2-3 weeks in, that this was a total scam. I contacted the owners and sales personal directly and demanded my money back per the contract- they refused. Their argument was that I needed to put in the full 90 days time for the agreement to be withheld. They assured me that if I did not generate 30k they would refund my money. I then proceeded, unwillingly, through the duration of the program exceeding 90 days. I did not generate 30k in revenue within the 90 day interim and I did not have 3-5 leads a week. I requested verbally and in writing, multiple times to the owners that they now uphold their contractual agreement, they refused. Their new reason; the agreement was null since I had made an ROI. Even though that was never discussed verbally nor was that term stated anywhere in the signed contract. Company excused their breach of contract once again stating I did not finish the course material. This company used false advertising and fake guarantees to get me to pay a 5k without any intention of upholding their agreement. They made an effort to uphold part of the agreement to continue working with me until I made the 30k yet I was removed from the all of the course material, live chat groups etc after I demanded my refund.

Transaction occurred on June 21, 2022, I paid the business $7,500.00. I am a life coach and automated coaching engine, works with coaches and helps them scale their business. When I started working with them I was soon dissatisfied because they hadn’t done anything for my business. I reached out to them on 3 different occasions to express my dissatisfaction, looking for a solution and they always directed me to watch more of their course videos. I explained to them that I could watch business videos on youtube and I need more hands on assistance and results. A big part of the contract was the 99Leads specialist and a virtual assistant and I was provided with neither. I went to their daily group sessions and those were directionless meetings that were supposed to be Q&A but no one asked any questions. The last straw was when I attended a group meeting on Sales calls in which we watched one of their clients speak to a potential customer and ask him “How much do you have in your wallet right now? You’re telling me you have zero dollars right now? You seriously can’t even deposit $50?” I work in therapy, I could never corner a client into buying my program, it goes against my morals and business ethics. When I finally told them I wanted my money back, after 2 months of really trying to make this work for me, they simply answered with a screenshot of the contract and REFUSED to meet with me one on one. Although the contract says “money back guaranteed, no questions asked.” and “if you don’t make $30,000 in the first 90 days we will work with you until you do.” They have completely ignored me since I mentioned I wanted out of the program. The screenshot stated that in order to get my money back I had to submit 5 sales calls, which is impossible because they did not send me a single client even sell to. As part of the program, there was a group chat with all coaches where we would join group meetings. When I requested my money back they REMOVED me from the groupchat.
