    This company has stolen amplifier out of my vehicle and when I went up there they wouldnt let me see the cameras so when I asked them again about who was working on my truck they told me they said the person who was working on my truck was out for two weeks but I talk to them the week before that.Also my father went up there to pick up the car they said the key was lost and they couldnt find the car. Then they told them to come back and they still couldnt find both truck or Keys

    They treat there employees bad and they talk to them any kind of way and treat the customers bad they are worst then old company they took over for everyone is quitting there jobs because of them.

    I bought my car 3 months ago i told them the stop start switch didnt work and my passenger seat wouldnt recline so they fixed both issues got my car back now the passenger seat warmers not working and their saying i have to pay too get it fixed when their the reason the issue even occurred

    Bought a vehicle almost two months ago, and I have not received my tag or registration, and this is an ****** vehicle and Im black. The vehicle is a **** pack challenger which high profile, so you know once that tag expires, they will be writing tickets. I have complained to corporate and they told be it was nothing they could do to, send the paperwork to the *** for my tag. I have gone to the dealership regarding my tags and called with no response or they are putting me off. They told me that if I get a ticket Dodge will pay for it I was going to buy another Challenger in two weeks from the dealership in Union City, thats not gonna happen now I will be returning to Marietta location.

    This business is operating irresponsibly and unethically. I brought my vehicle there due to my check engine light being on and needed it fixed to pass emissions and get my tag. They allowed my vehicle to sit for 3 weeks and everyday I called for an update no one had any answers. They then stated a part was ordered but they had no clue when it would be in. I was so frustrated I sent my husband up there to speak to them in person, all of a sudden they tell him the vehicle would be fixed by end of day. I was concerned because an hour ago they stated no one had the necessary part for my vehicle but I was so frustrated I just accepted the update. Picked my veh up and all my tire pressure was low and the car was filthy. I complained but all they cared about was payment, I go to pay and they refuse to take **************** all of a sudden when that has never been stated before. I was forced to pay $900 cash all for my check engine light to come on 2 days later. I still have not been able to get my required tag for my car. *** called trying to get a refund but no one has helped me. I regret ever spending money with this business.

    This place should be shut down. The service department has held my car for the last 3 going on 4 months. It has to be something I can do legally with the amount of scams happening in this establishment. I have received nothing but lies, poor excuses, and terrible customer service.

    This dealership charged me for service they did not perform, didn't return my calls, and promised me a refund which they never sent. On 8/18/23 I bought my Jeep into the service department for a routine servicing. I also needed a turn signal bulb replaced and because my service engine warning light was on. The routine service was to include oil change, tire rotation and a multipoint inspection. They informed me that they couldn't do the oil change because they were out of the filter my Jeep needed. They said I could have the rest done that day and return for the oil change which I opted to do. When I got my car back the service engine light was still on. When I inquired about it the service rep tried to give me several implausible explanations why it hadn't been addressed, none of which I believed nor accepted. It was before closing so he turned the light off from under the dash and said if it comes back on bring it back. Replacing the turn signal bulb is the only thing that they obviously did. Because when I got home I realized my tires had not been rotated. I have one tire which is a different brand than the other three and it was still in the same spot where it had been previously. For three days I called the service department repeatedly but was never able to speak to anyone. But I was promised call backs which I never received. Finally I went back to the dealership and requested a refund for the tire rotation I paid for but they really didn't do. They promised to send me a check for the refund within 7 - 10 days. After 15 days I have still not received my refund. I am owed $24.95 refund for the tire rotation. I'm probably owed a refund for the multipoint inspection too because I don't believe that they did that either. But I have no way to verify it. In addition to them not performing the services they claimed they did, and making promises they didn't keep, their customer service is very poor too. I want to tell everybody don't use this dealership!

    If I could give them a zero I would. Terrible dealership!!! The worst **************** i've ever experienced. Corrupt practices and bully tactics. Also the management team is very dishonest and unprofessional.
