    I purchased gold season passes during Covid and they fraudulently will not honor the bring a friend tickets from 2020 that clearly do not have an expiration date on them. **** the manager was rude and not helpful as well as other staff. We’ve spent tons of money only to be lied to about not being able to use something we paid for. The extended the season passes during Covid but wouldn’t extend the bring a friend tickets that clearly were purchased as perks with the Gold season passes. I spent over $300 to buy new season passes only for them to not be helpful. **** their apparent manager was rude and nasty and kept over talking me and cutting me off. She didn’t allow me to speak. I want wild adventures theme park to honor what they advertise on their website. We spent lots of money and are asking for 2 bring a friend tickets that we paid for to be honored.

    To Whom It May Concern: 

    Wild Adventures received a Final Notice in the mail today regarding a compliant from 6/9/2022. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the first notice, or we would have responded more promptly. We noticed it is addressed to ****** *****, who is no longer with the company, which may have been the reason for the delayed response. 

    We have since reached out to the costumer. We tried to reach her by phone and there was no answer. We responded with the email below: 

    Good Afternoon ********- 

    Today, we received a copy of a complaint you filed with the Better Business Bureau in regards to your 2020 Season Pass Bring-A-Friend Tickets. To help address you concerns, we will be providing you with (2) Single-Day Admission Tickets to Wild Adventures that expire on 12/31/22.

    In 2020, Wild Adventures took the unprecedented step in extending the validity dates of all 2020 Season Passes through the end of the 2021 Season. We took this extraordinary step when the majority of other attractions did not because we understand how important our Passholders are, and we value our relationships with each and every one. Unfortunately, we were not able to offer the same extensions to other products, including the complimentary Bring-A-Friend Tickets passholders received with their passes. Those Bring-A-Friend tickets were eligible to be used on any operating day, excluding Saturdays, from when we reopened on June 22, 2020 through the end of our Season, December 27, 2020. They were not taken away or cancelled, and they were eligible to be used as a free gift with the purchase of your Season Pass. In addition, we also offered (2) Bring-A-Friend Tickets to 2021 Season Passholders, including 2020 Passholders whose passes were extended, another step we took to ensure that our Season Passholder realize the full value of their passes.

    We’re sorry you did not have a positive experience when interacting with our Customer Service Team. As the extraordinary steps we have taken over the past couple years demonstrate, we care deeply about all of our guests, and strive to create memories they will cherish forever.

    Thanks for being a Season Passholder, and we hope you use the (2) Single-Day Admission Tickets we are providing to come visit us soon. Because you are in possession of expired Bring-A-Friend Tickets that can no longer be scanned at the gate, we have placed new tickets under your name at our Welcome Center/Will Call. They can be used for visitation on any single operating day through 12/31/22.
