June 2021 . That documentation saying that plumbing work would be done in 30 days. They never did. It never fixed any of my plumbing issues which then I had to fix myself 3 months later. Have all receipts and photos... And I wrote a proposal to do new carpet, new flooring paint walls at my expense of $2500 for material Then I hear later they put the market on the up for sale which I've been in contact with the new owner and the previous owner of the house. Property management been paid $400 for a break in the lease early from the original owner plus $375 for appliances that I have purchased. I have not received a single payment yet plus to keep my $800 security deposit People are telling me you never get back your security deposit cuz they find out stuff. The house has been sold since September 3rd. Closed on new owner. Loves what I did with the house and also is allowing to keep the shades to blinds. The curtains that I installed in the house I left them for the new owner. The property management company is given me a hard time about this when I got letters and documentations from the new and original owner that has approved for them to pay me my money which is old have not received one time yet Original owner of the house was under the assumption that Ron borders was giving me a discount on my rent for the last year which they did not for all the work that I did. Never was expecting to get my money back but at least my security deposit early lease break from selling the house $400 plus the $375. Can you guys please help me with this? Plus got the real estate agent name number that can cooperate with how good in the house. Looks The new owner, the previous owner and row air conditioning. The guys seen the house before and then seen after they send a million times better

    Abbie,

******** and her son **** leased **** *** *** ***, ******, ** which was owned by one of our clients.  The initial S/D was $810.00.  The lease was “as-is” with the tenant’s agreeing to make improvements while living there.  When the owner experienced serious financial difficulties due to health issues, he placed it on the market for sale and the lease transferred with the property to a new owner (buyer).  The tenants were given 30-days’ notice-to-vacate, with a termination date of  September 26, 2022, and the previous owner approved payment of $400 to the tenants for their inconvenience.  Three days after the termination date, we contacted ******** to advise her of the items we were contemplating charges for, and give her an opportunity to object to or explain any of those items.  That was the point at which she went ballistic with threats to take us to court and report us to the District Attorney.

Neither we, or our client (previous owner) made any arrangement with the tenants concerning paying her $375.  Upon hearing this, we reached out to the Sales Agent, and he advised us that the tenant had picked up a check from his office on 9/30/2022 in payment for a stove & microwave.

We agreed to pro-rate the September rent, resulting in a $125 refund of rent.  We wrote her a check (#*****) on 10/04/2022, which cleared our bank on 10/19/2022.

Please note attached documentation from our files, and feel free to contact us if any further information is needed concerning this matter.

    Yours truly,
