They tried to make us pay to register our emotional support animals, acting as if our certification letter was invalid just because the professional who wrote it didn't answer their 1 phone call. Registration is not legally required to do. Their response was that it was suddenly "company policy" and sent us an FAQ that stated it that conveniently had no date stamp. The law supercedes company policy. If you have service or ESA animals they will harass you for it.

Our policies and procedures were put in place for a reason. We understand that every company operates differently and this is something that you are not accustomed to. You did not mention having an emotional support animal on your application nor did you mention it at your lease lease signing, in fact you stated you had no pets at all. You then informed us of the emotional support animals by sending us an email a few days later after the lease signing. We tried our best to accommodate you and your family being that you were relocating to this area but we also have to do our due diligence as well as abide by company policies and procedures. It is unfortunate that you feel as though we harassed you about this when we simply asked you to follow the guidelines.Review froman r

5 starsThe property managers of New Vision have been spot on since our first point of contact! My only in office visit gave me reassurance that I was in the right place. They keep up communications with the tenants and are prompt in response to any issues reported! My apt is spacious, at a good price and in the perfect location for my small family.
