Expect *********** service they said.All boxes were marked either storage or apartment. Marked fragile but no one looked at this. I am going to have to pay someone to take to storage. As you can see by the pics a GREAT deal of my furniture and items were broken or ruined. All of my containers were broken. I paid good money and gave good tips, but the employees do not know how to move properly. Threw boxes on the ramps and in the apartment, thus the reason for the destruction. I have some somebodys furniture that was broken that I threw away. How do you break a metal table. They stood it up and I found out after the fact. The 2nd move was not at the right time. I have the text to prove that. Therefore they boxed up most of this. One employee was so anxious to get home to watch the GA game that he couldnt get the unit to unlock. So he decides to put in another unit. I have two unit. One guy puts a huge slab of cement on top of a chair. Told him not to do that, but he said it would be okay. I felt like I worked for them. I know what the waiver states however the items I packed were wrapped 2-3 times over and still broken. Words cant describe how upset I am and they want to send a check for $272.00. I voided and sent back. I deserve better. Last but not least the employees should use dollys instead of trying to climb three flights of stairs with a box over their head.
