    July 2024 called to change insurance info. Was told I had to email in or take to office. I live 1 hour away so I emailed. Never received call from them continued to call for 7 months while being charged extra hundred dollars a month. Finally I stopped payment on the insurance to get someone to respond to me and now they are trying to charge me 2 more months of their insurance after verification I had insurance since July and refuse to take truck payment stating that it my fault because I had 1000 deductible instead of 500. Which if they contacted me could have been corrected easily.

    stolen vehicle but still making payments , they didnt file the claim with the insurance i was purchasing from them and and making me pay for the vehicle anyway. gave no help on the ping to the device on my vehicle treated me like i was bothering them cause the police officer *** it was still pinging but they needed an update. car was found with the tracker still onit which means if credit now wouldve pinged the vehicle all the times i asked instead of treating me like a disease for being worried and stressed about a vehiclethey was over charging me for in the first place. they kept blowing me off no cares, they didnt file a claim because i coultdnt keep paying for a car that was stolen and un monitored by them when asked . now they charging me for the whole vehicle put repossesion on my credit. they have to be stopped

    Bought the car it broke down after 2 weeks of having it then I had to pay for the repair myself and continue making my car note payments and once it was fixed I had to pay 315 for the repair which they said was the battery have the receipt and all it broke down a week later with a bunch of lights that pop up on the dash now and now the engine light was on and it broke down twice in 1 month havent even had it 2 months yet at first they said it would just be a oil sensor that was 50 dollars that I had to pay now there saying I need a whole new oil pump which is expensive as h*** and I cant pay for that repair and pay the car note and insurance on it all together they have just been trying to get money out of me and I pay all my stuff on time and they said to try and get it to last 6 months I have proof of everything in writing and paperwork also but they said they let me trade it in for a newer model in 6 months but it literally didnt last me 2 months and now there trying not to give me my money back or put me in another car where I told them I would continue making the payments but Im tired of making my payments for a car that i havent even drove for a full month yet without it breaking down and everytime I call them they give me the run around or have a attitude or just act like they dont care anymore and trust me I wouldve said forget this car but they said if I stop making the payments or give it back then its just going to go on my credit which I just got back good or just be stuck with this piece of junk car they gave me and they basically just saying deal with it and not trying to help me at all and basically think that theres no consequence or anything going to happen to them but they just keep trying to get me to pay pay pay which I do but nothing gets fixed or resolved and Im still careless as we speak and its just beyond not cool and fair just ridiculous something needs to be done to them honestly please

    I have not made any purchases with this business but the owner has charged my card twice without authorization. I believe his name is ****- has cursed me out, called me names, disrespected, and belittled me to the highest degree. I, as well as my two small children are truly appalled and hurt from these encounters.

    I have been wrongfully auto charged for a car payment that was already made and I did not give consent for auto drafting my account have been overly charged for a vehicle and the vehicle has mechanical issues and I have not been offered any help

    8/9/24 I went to the ******* location and inquired about trading my vehicle in and was advised by **** that the car that I was interested in is at the winder location. I went that location and filled out another application and sat at the location from 3:45 until 6pm. At 6pm Grant( ******** comes out and say my car note was 7 days past due and my vehicle was being repossessed and I needed to call a ***** For the past 4 months I have been paying my car note on the 10th and 25th and this was even verified by **** at the ******* location and ****(collector). ***** didnt care and was VERY rude and continued to try to put me off the property and I called the cops. They stated it was a civil matter and they couldnt provide me with a police report and would have to take him to court. My payment was due the next day he said 7 days late. I offered to pay them and he said he is no longer doing business and to get off his property. I felt violated, I felt discriminated against, I felt like a target because there is no way he just shut me down the way he did. Ive tried to file and was told because of the town (winder) I have a slim chance winning because he may know people. I just want and wanted my vehicle back or monies paid towards the vehicle because it was wrongfully repossessed. I would have have the vehicle a year 9/2024

    Hello my name is *********************** I brought 2007 ***** suburban from credit Now uses cars ******* location and 2 weeks after having the truck it broke down on ************* in the street I called the owner and told him that it broke down and and ************** tow it he said I need to get it out and he told me that if he get it out he is keeping it I just paid my first car payment on it on Saturday. And this is not right why do I need to get a truck out that I did not make break down this man was disrespectful to me and said he going to take the car and still make me pay for the truck

    Fraud !!!!!! I bought a vehicle that was rigged the upper radiator bar . Then Instead of fixing it they repo it for non payment when the payment isnt due.     They sold me a vehicle that cant pass emissions knowing that I live in an emissions county. There are over 6 issues wrong with the vehicle keeping it from passing. *** made some repairs but all the repairs are more than I can afford with a new born at home. I cant get my tags for my vehicle the owner said I was buying and crying and not offering to do anything to help. I make monthly payments to him for this vehicle Ive not even had two months and have already given him over two thousand dollars plus made repairs. Im not able to drive my vehicle now so Im unable to get to work and hes still wanting payments for a vehicle I cant drive. I want him to do the right thing and fix this vehicle, put me in a different vehicle, or give me my money back.

    2009 ***** Tahoe broke down 20 minutes from the lot, took is back they kept it for a week (made me pay the first payment of $350 dollars to get it back even though I had it one day first payment is supposed to be due two weeks after purchase) only to give it back still tore up we made it home and then it would no longer drive. had it towed to a mechanic (out of my pocket), The car was deemed to be a fire and safety hazard as it was found to be a flood car. all the wiring is bad, brake system if rotted, the back doors do not open from the outside, two back seat belts do not work. The traction control is sticking causing the car to accelerate or abruptly stop while driving. They did replace the oil pressure sensor the first time we took it back and supposedly the power steering hose but those were the least of the issues. The converters or also clogged (probably from being flooded). The car will not pass emissions according to the mechanic it probably never could. it would cost 10k+ to even get this car drivable. How could they put myself my daughter and two grandbabies in this vehicle and allow us to drive off? We could have all died. I can't even begin to explain the customer service and the level of disrespect from these people they are rude and downright gross. It's sickening to think they do this to people every day. We are asking for our down payment of $1,030 and our payment of $350 to be returned. If it is not, we will be going to court to ask for Loss time at work, uber fees towing fees, legal fees and punitive damages. I do not want to have to deal with it, we just want our money back. I will NOT accept a replacement from them after reading the other reviews. They reached out today asking where to pick up the car. I sent them the address and that was it. No, I'm sorry, no we will make it right, NOTHING. I feel so bad for all these people that have dealt with the same issues. Pay attention to reviews!! There is so much more I could add if there was room.
