    DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!THEY ARE CROOKS!!!I bought a Tahoe from them and was told it was the best on the lot.. I started having problems with the car since day two of owning this car. However I made my payments on time NEVER missed a payment. I bought this car in march 2024 and after day two was told this car was bought as is so I started working on it to fix it and so far I am about 3k into this vehicle and I bought it in for them to look at it and they charged $ ****** to fix it and was ensured that it was fixed and to go enjoy my car.. by MR. ***** and I asked well what if something else going wrong he said he would fix it. Well I took it home and not even two days later it started doing the same thing it has done since day one MISFIRING to the point I could not even get it up my street it had no power!! Now mine you I have been telling them since day 2 of owning this vehicle that the engine was BAD!!! I was told by ****** ***** **** that they would make it right!! Was told that I was a great payer and that they wished they had customers like me and promised me that they would put me in another car!! Well they LIED.. So they came today to pick up my car to fix it yet again mine you did not call me and let me know that they were coming just showed up and three hours later called me and told me the engine was shot IMAGINE THAT and that they could fix it but I would have to pay $ ******* and I was like can you put me in another car I was told absolutely not SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!

    Advertised down payments are not correct. Tell you a different price once they talk to you and then right as you go sign the paperwork they add a few hundred more on the down payment and say you have to pay extra normal payments to make up the difference in the down payment price. This is wrong and should not be allowed.

    I purchased a 2002 ****** Camry and didnt make it off the lot good and the car stopped working. The car had transmission issues so they offered to put me in whatever they wanted to put me in. Then finance company had the nerves to be calling for a payment really

    I brought a 2007 from them 2 weeks ago and it broke down I call the owner and tell him it was towed and this man ask me what do to it . He is rude and disrespectful and talk to you like you are nothing and have no respect for anyone I am given them a week to get my truck fix or I will seek legal assistance because I read the reviews and it don't make no sense how this business is allowed to get away with this and nothing is done about but they mess with wrong business owner and I have the time to invest in this to make sure no one else is taken for a ride with no car

    Bought a 2010 *** 528 I that I loved from them. Put 2900 down, paid 400 a month. Vehicle broke down 2 days after I bought it where I now know when I took it to them they fixed it with the cheapest off brand part they could find ( I learned from this experience you put *** parts in a *** ) anyways four months go by car breaks down again. I take it to them to help fix it after a mechanic couldnt get it back going right for me neither could credit now- they have my car for 2 weeks and told me to come and get it, said it was fixed. I drove 2 hours there and I get in my car and to my surprise it was now running worse than it was before I brought it to them. I turned right around and left it there .. a few more days went by and I still didnt have my car back. So at this point I had a rental car for 3 weeks been paying the car note, bought parts for them for my *** and was at a 1200 rental car bill I got the run around for days over the phone before I finally went in the office when I could since I work 2 jobs to be told they needed more money, wouldnt work with me on the payment, give me a loaner car or put me in something else. I literally invested thousands into this car and their company! To be treated like a broke *** who didnt pay her bills. One of my reviews I wrote originally isnt there for some reason!!! So I am going to continue to write bad reviews, report to better business bureau and I am honestly thinking about trying to *** them since I am out thousands on the vehicle. I felt like the only choice I had to spare time, heart ache and money was to sign a satifactiom of debt and surrender the car after three weeks of nothing but the run around. They didnt even put my car in a shop that I would have paid for over time like we agreed verbally on the phone. They had some young kids who didnt know what they were doing trying to fix it and they got mad and cussed me in the situation when I was the one paying for the car and just needed their honest help

    A friend of mine bought a car from them and the transmission went out so it got towed but the person who towed it did not give my friend enough time to get everything out of the car and that same night someone broke in to some of the cars up there and stole a lot of stuff and one of the things that was stolen was my necklace that had my dead daddy's ashes in it and I called up there and the people that I talked to said there is nothing they can do about it I told them it's there responsibly because it's there car lot

    Sold me a car engine went out the next day and they refuse to refund me or put me in another vehicle the owners are so rude and racist
