    It's been a year now begging Dr ******* office to fix the oversized replacement teeth! After being humiliated in his office and given what seem to be someone else's extra large teeth - I have written letter after letter asking them to make it right to no avail!Over $3000 and they won't even consider replacing the horse teeth they gave me! I am a very petite person and even a giant would likely have a hard time with the teeth they provided! I'm not sure what to do but I do know that this office is getting away with mistreating the disabled and elderly by not even trying to right their wrongs! They don't care and simply do not respond when asked to make this right!

    **************** was in our office for impressions for dentures.  The impression is taken of HER mouth so there is no way she could have the wrong teeth. No two set of dentures are alike and they will not fit in someone else's mouth.  **************** has only been in the office twice and both times she said to the assistant that she was happy with the way the teeth fit.  **************** had several teeth extracted and once her mouth has healed and her gums shrink, the denture will be a little big and requires a liner to be placed so the denture will fit her mouth. She has never returned for the final step. She states she has been trying for a year to get her denture fixed but we can't do that if she doesn't come into the office.

    I am rejecting this response because the office never advised me of a final step! I have complained that the teeth were too large for my mouth since they were given to me! Even with bandages they were too large for my mouth! What is the "final step"?  I have been humiliated by this office and told "you should've taken better care of your teeth"! However the damage to my teeth was due to chemo medications and what they provided to me were horse teeth into my small mouth!  I have begged them to fix this since the onset and they just say I can purchase a new denture when the first denture was never correct! 
    now they state there's a "final step"? What is that and what does it entail on their part?!?  Apparently they should have provided 2 dentures - one for the temporary and a second for permanent all paid for; however they stated I had to pay more money for replacement to these horse teeth that couldn't have been my own impressions! Refused to replace from the onset!

    **************** was given ALL the information at the time of her appointment. She signed treatment plans so she was aware of all costs associated with her treatment. The soft relines as well as the hardlines were included in the treatment plan. She will only receive one denture. Once her mouth heals (which is usually 6 months from the date of the extractions) the patient will come in for a hard reline which will make the denture fit to her mouth. The last time she was in our office she stated she was happy with the fit of her denture. Dr. ********************** will always make sure a patient is happy but the patient must first come to the office for him to do so.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Benich Dental has video proof that they did not provide dentures that were small enough to fit in my mouth! These teeth were 2x size of bottom teeth florescent white unlike my top teeth and I have emailed and made formal
    complaints since the first day of the teeth being put in my mouth - after being held in the office against my will for payment of more than I received! See email attachments begging them to right the wrongs!

    I have made a complaint to dental board and the size of the visible teeth are double and I have not been able to chew or even have them without pain from even the onset!
    formal complaints also provided to Georgia Dental **************** and others BEGGING FOR HELP AFTER MULTIPLE EMAILS!

    They robbed me of my health and now I'm suffering from problems with my digestive system and mental health due to their negligence! I have been in and out of ****************** for diverticulitis that isn't going away due to inability to eat normal foo! I'm weak, have to wear diapers, and none of these embarrassing things are more embarrassing than having to beg a thief to do the right thing! 
    Crying on the phone only to get smirks and BLATANT REFUSAL TO HELP RIGHT THEIR WRONG! There is absolutely NO way that these dentures were mine! Others also have similar complaints!

    Know that I truly appreciate BBB for your efforts to ensure the public is aware of this office and their practice!
    Unempathetic to the needs of disabled who need their care and concern the most! They literally laughed at me themselves and were more worried about upfront payment and didn't offer to get a signature from me until after | was medicated and helpless, like the others complaining to BBB and ************* of **************** sad there could be such a lack of customer service in such an important industry! Money is all they care about and they definitely received more than they should have!

    Office manager (apparently above the laws for assault, imprisonment, and terroristic threats to patients) is the worst of all! God help anyone going to this office in hopes of receiving the treatments anfter upfront payments  refused to even respond with a second of concern! In fact it appears the $55 I had to pay to go back to try to have teeth fixed was also charged to my dental insurance! And I $55 each! Is this fraud?? More money without care for why teeth were horse teeth and buck from the bottom! 

    Have your familiy members go here - if you feel good about their claim to being upstanding and honest! But I'd rather have health inspectors and auditors actually investigated this location for cleanliness? Quality of work! Accounting audits via insurance and patient payments? If not an investigation is imminent - only then patients might be safe! 

    when you have an unprofessional, unclean dental office with mean administrators who only want your money and are willing to lock you in the office to  " false imprisoning a 55 year old  disabiled woman in front of staff, patients and  delivery drivers  even though I only tried  to get the care credit card from my car - if they had cared more about ensuring the teeth fit and I receive gauze and final instructions - rather than falsely imprisoning me to get that few dollars - we both would have won! But instead - they got their money -

    no - they doped me up and pulled my teeth and gave me giant dentures that were too white! Would look great and may have been a good price for  my horse but I was there for me! This has changed my life in so many ways!

    A year later they are still not offering to fix what they have done! It's laughable to all of them but it is discrimination against so many who can't talk for themselves!  Look online and find the complaints just like mine - if they haven't paid ****** and others to remove! 


    Whats next - theft of services complaint in magistrates office? Chamber of Commerce? HHS? ********** of ********* Health? Will anyone make these mafia dentists do right by high paying patients that are unsatisfied!? 

    Media, Jail, Losing dental license!? How many people would try everything to get help this year? Because those oversite committees do nothing?

    No wonder they offer ********* cards at first consultation for a****** rating )(The bad ones ****** accepts payment to remove when it would be simpler to just right any wrongs rather than attempt to hide those just **** mine for public display !because -while they are being nice then! And at the end - they are robbing the drugged uo patience even more by waiting for signature after being snickered ! at the end of treatments  are just killing our will to live like this!  Heartless greedy humans without morals and honesty - TikTok bc when they all come full circle with ******... it may be a wasted license and a lot of years in school! Class Action may be our only o option! Save the teeth that fall out or the ones too long or white (if it's too much to look at them take pics for what's coming for us all! because there will be a day their lies and uncaring practice will see its day in court!

    If I didn't pay you - you could *** me for theft of services! If you don't provide me services and items that  I paid for - that is a crime!  Just letting BBB know this is criminal intent to mislead patients. Falsely imprison them and Steal the money and push them out and don't care of even pretend to care about anything but an all mighty dollar! What comes around goes  around and a round! My teeth were never right! I feel suicidal if asked to go outside my home most days, the pain and consequences of entrusting Benich dental is just too much! A bad hair cut grows back but teeth never do!  Thank you for any help you can provide to get these folks investigated by ********** of ********* Health! Unsanitary conditions play a role in the disorganized level they store teeth without names and no boxes to put them in or gauze to clean up the blood! Is soo sad! Heart is broken!

    On March 23, 2022, I visited the office of ************************************. I was provided the with a Plan of Treatment stating each crown fee will be $880.00. On the year 2022 my benefits for dental were only $1000. At that time the doctor and I decided to go ahead with the cleaning and to to one of the 3 crowns . In September 12, 2022 I returned to the office to get my 1st permanent crown. At that point , the dentist and I spoke that I get for 2023 another Insurance that will provide me with $2000 benefits so we can finish the 2 crowns left and my yearly cleaning.January 9,2023 comes along and go to my appointment . I mention the Plant of treatment that was given to the on 2022.( Also , is this day I realized they billed the insurance on 2022 $ ****** $ 110. over what I was told.)The medical Assistant went to speak to the office manager which advised her that I was given the wrong information also the prices go up. They wrote another Plan of Treatment with the price shown as $ ******. I stated that was not what I was told that i will bring the original Plan of Treatment. The next day on 1/10/2023 stopped by the Office to bring tjhe paperwork to the office Manager. She was not nice about it , even suggested that the paper I had in my hands was not provided by her office. She got annoyed whit me and asked what do i want , i said to honor the Plan of Treatment given to me on 3/23/2022. She stated will have to speak with the doctor. Then, on 1-26-2023 came back to get my last 2 permanent crowns , the MA does not said anything about the resolution so I asked her to go to the Manager and ask. The response was they will honor the 1st Plan of Treatment. Unfortunately, I did not ask to have written on paper. Weeks had gone by I called the office on 2/20/23 spoke with the Manager , she 1st said there is no refund due to me, then she goes to say , she is waiting for the forms from AETNA to start the process. At this time, I know she is only playing with me . I have been calling AETNA , and was told what the office has to do.This is base on the principal and honesty with the patient. It is unavailable the insurance can't do anything , The ************* of ********* can't either.

    **************** presented to our office on March 23, 2022 for a cleaning and exam. Upon exam it was determined he would need 3 crowns and he was given a treatment plan.  He then returned in September of 2022 for one of the crowns. **************** was made aware the we had a price increase and old treatment plans are honored for 90 days.  It had been 6 months from the first visit. 

    **************** returned on January 9, 2023 for treatment of remaining crowns. Again he was made aware there had been a change in price of the crowns and old treatment plans are only honored for 90 days. **************** signed the treatment plan agreeing to the treatment and the cost of the treatment. 

    He returned to the office a few days later with the treatment plan for March 2022 and wanted us to honor the treatment cost.  Dr. agreed to honor the cost even though **************** signed all treatment plans and agreed to the cost of the treatment. 

    Claims had already been filed to Aetna therefore we would need to bill a corrected claim to Aetna.  Once ***** receives the corrected claim and the claim is processed, they (Aetna) will request a refund. **************** is not due a refund since he has not paid anything out of his pocket.  The refund will go back to Aetna.
