  We had a wonderful, knowledgeable technician, ***** ********, working here the past two days saving us from a real disaster. Water was pouring in too fast for us to get rid of it and he solved the problem. It was a lot of effort on his part and he did a great job. Water is now pouring out through the pipes instead of into the basement as he was able to get everything running smoothly before any damage. A great job!

  58 foundations team leveled sinking areas of my driveway and front walkway. Excellent work! They demonstrated and answered questions every step of the way. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were on time and worked quickly. I'd certainly recommend them for any concrete repair and foundation work.

  Very positive experience. They waterproofed my crawl space ten years ago and we have not had problems since. i do have them come every year for an inspection and there usually is some issue or device that needs to be fixed or replaced. I specifically request *******. He is very knowlegable and professional. If he comes I don't think you will have any issues.

  I cannot sing their praises loud enough. The whole experience with 58 Foundations was a positive experience. I no longer have water coming up thru my basement floor. The workers were professional and courteous, completed the job in one day. The workers went above and beyond the call of duty to complete the basement waterproofing. I can't say enough good things about them.

  0 Star ratingSept/Oct. Work began on an install of ************ inside finished basement on front wall.1. Chiseled tile instead of using a saw causing our tile to chip. This will cause our contractor to take more tile out plus match to reinstall. Also 58 said our outside dirt and ground water pushed wall off foundation and they needed to install steel beams with 4 in claw feet plates. The plates were not set even into concrete causing a problem for contractor to lay tile. Also use very large bolts.2. Water stains and cracks on concrete over ************. Puddle around sump pump. Came out made holes to run hose through and it drained Patched over holes & cracks. Unacceptable and supervisor had concrete dug completely out and poured again. Cracks appeared again.3. Came out and used an epoxy over cracks.4. Cracks appeared a third time. Came out and used hydraulic cement to patch cracks.5. Found sump pump cap blown off pipe outside laying in yard. Was told suppose to have a spring that pulls cap back down. They would check it.They have held up our contractor for months due to the cracks with concrete (which I wonder how many customers they are ripping off that don't know this may be happening). I asked for restitution for the hasel and delay of at least $1000. Was told by ****** ****** his manager ***** **** sent a check for $800. We never received. Talked to ***** and he said he could only $700. We still have not received and can't get him to answer our calls or call us back and now have to plead with ****** as well. This is not a company you want to deal with. Also they were paid before we notice the problems starting by ******** which I filed a dispute with. I wish they were never paid yet.

  The person who came to our home on Sep 5, 2024, was knowledgeable and explained to us in detail the exterior 6 French drain that he recommended. I.e. a 6 perforated tubing in a ditch dug by hand with a layer of gravel below and above the tubing. We did not need to remove the nearby hostas as they would take care of that.On Sept 13 what we got was a 1 1/2 pvc pipe with no gravel below in the ditch dug by machine which damaged 2 trees and demolished many hostas. This by definition is NOT a French drain.After 2 months of trying to get this rectified, we've made no progress. The ** claims the drain was to be 4, and that they installed a 4 drain transitioning into the 1 1/2 pipe for some unknown reason. And questions and requests go unanswered.We would like to see a crew come back and do a real French drain either 4 or 6 with no 1 1/2 transitioning and sufficient gravel below and above dug by hand and already paid.Second option would be a total reembursement of the amount paid.But we get no response to this **** M

  The guy who came out for the initial inspection was nice and explained things thoroughly, but for the price that I am paying, this service has been poor.First, they did not honor the price match they guaranteed because they insisted their work was superior to my other quote. Second, the barrier was laid, but the taping seemed sloppy and was already raised in spots when I did my first walk through. It is now completely open at the entrance.I have had to request a second mold treatment and STILL see spots of black mold and the scent is building again in the room above the mold.Last and most frustrating is the sump pump. There was an existing sump pump that I thought they would replace. The old one is still in the crawlspace, and their new one is not performing well. The main pump keeps shutting off and triggering the battery back up, which then proceeds to beep every 10 seconds. I have reset the pump no less than 5 times in the past 3 days, which requires going down into the crawlspace each time since I was not given access to the remote monitoring system they promised.Overall, I have not received what I paid an exorbitant amount for. With the strong reputation that they boast of, I expected better.

  Overall, I give them a C+.Things started off well. They sent out a knowledgeable guy (****) to inspect my repair. He told me the work was minor but would take 2 half-days. I sent a deposit (10% down) and was scheduled for ***** 29&30. Never got confirmation email.***** 22, an admin lady sent an email, there was a conflict and asked to reschedule for May 2. Since **** had said my work was 2 half days, her email confused me. Is she rescheduling 2 days to be ***** 30 and May 2? When I replied to her email asking for clarification, she said it was only a 1 half-day day job. I CCd **** on my reply and they agreed my job required 2 half days to complete. Also, the conflict on ***** 29 was resolved. I'm back to original schedule.***** 29 the service tech is supposed to arrive 9AM. He arrives at 11:30. Im not sure he has ever done this epoxy crack injection. He spent some time on the phone seeking guidance from others. It took him almost 6 hours to complete the work that was supposed to take 3 or 4 hours.***** 30th, hes only about 45 minutes late. Quickly verifies everything is good. As hes leaving, hands me a bill for full amount. I mentioned I already paid 10% as a deposit and he spent an hour with main office. Eventually, all is good and he departs before I had a chance to review the final work (my mistake)!He has left injection taps (about 10 or 12 of them) sticking out from my wall! I sent **** an email and he stated they should be removed. More suspicion my service tech had never done an epoxy injection. **** sets it up so the service tech to return the following week. That day comes, tech is late, I call, learn they will not be able to get to me. Reschedule for the following week. When he arrives, says this is only a 10 minute job. An hour later, hes done.Overall, nothing really went too bad during the repairs. However, when I look back at all of the numerous little issues, it does not give me any confidence in using them in the future.
