            I hired North ******* Plumbing and ******** to complete the plumbing on a major renovation for a home I purchased. They worked on my home between 8/19/2021 to 10/28/2021 and one of the projects was for them to complete the plumbing in my master bathroom. They were paid $1,110 over that time period to install a freestanding tub. The tub did not get much use until recently and on 4/16/2023 it drained out to the family room ceiling due to an improperly installed drain system. Three separate plumbers (************, ******* ****** Services LLC, and ********) came out to see the work and didn't understand why the drainage was installed the way it was or why the tub wasn't sealed to the floor. The repairs are going to cost me $3,558.80 in total. This includes $150 for the emergency plumbing call to ******* ****** Services LLC, $508.80 in rental fans from *********** $1500 for ************ to reinstall the tub, and $1400 from *************** to fix the ceiling. I'm requesting the $1,110 that was paid to North ******* Plumbing and the $3,558.80 in damages for a total amount of $4,668.80. I have invoices and receipts to backup all of these costs. I spoke with ****************** (the owner) on 4/16/23 to let him know my house was flooding and he said text him my information and he may have someone available later in the week to take a look...I texted him photos, my number and address and never heard back. This is the SECOND flood event caused at my home by North ******* Plumbing and I did not pursue remedies the first time because I was in the midst of the renovation. If I have to go through small claims to get this resolved, I'll be adding in the first flood event as well. Based on the reviews, these guys have done poor work for many homeowners in my area and are now trying to do business through a new company called Hybrid Plumbing & Home Improvement.

            Had plumbing completed for new shower on Dec 13th 2021. Now we have a leak from that shower and I have tried to contact the company with no response since 5/27/2022. They had stated they warranty their work for a year and I am simply trying to get a response before I have to pay another company for the repair and go a legal route with them.

            - June 29, 2018 Installed - 6yrs LABOR & PARTS warranty - 40 gallon ************** Water Tank, $970.- Feb 2022, we are not getting hot water and called North Atlanta Plumbing (NAP) for service help. The original seller is/was ***************************. Ms. ****** states family members (sons?) operates this business.- Ms. ****** set appt. for a Friday 4 (or 2/11) we took off from work to be here but NO VISIT from NAP.- Since Feb 2022, I called NAP every other day and no call back...NAP phone is forwarded to "mail box is full"...I engage my law firm to send letter to NAP, but NO reply or service rendered.
