Be very careful dealing with this company! They will charge you $100 if you cannot be there when they tell you theyre coming out. They dont even give you a 24 hour notice of when theyre coming out they tell you on the day that theyre coming out and if you cant be there, they will charge you $100 to reschedule. This company should be under investigation for a fraud. Im sure theyll make a ton of money this way. Not only do you have to jump through a lot of hoops but theres a lot of delay in between service, parts order, etc.ServeCo North America

It states that if a customer is unavailable during a scheduled service visit, does not notify us in advance, and the technician shows up a $100 fee will be required before another service appointment can be arranged. This policy helps us cover the cost of sending a technician when the appointment cannot be fulfilled as planned.With that being said, we understand that sometimes circumstances are beyond your control. As a one-time courtesy, we will waive the $100 fee and proceed with dispatching a technician to complete the repair service. We want to make this right and ensure your repair is handled promptly.A service order has already been opened, and a technician will contact you within the next 48 hours to schedule a new appointment at a time that works for you. Please note that any future missed appointments without notice may still be subject to the standard Not At Home fee, as outlined in the Protection Plan.Were committed to delivering the best service possible and value your business. I had the immense pleasure of speaking with ******* G while placing my service request. She was infinitely helpful and had a great sense of humor when it came to finding the darn serial numbers and their (not really, I'm just blind) locations. Patient and professional, and an overall wonderful attitude. An attentive listener and makes sure she has all the information correct before proceeding to the next step in the process. Placing my service request was a breeze with her breaking down the steps for me, informing me what to expect in terms of an email or a text and what to expect following. ******* G has a wealth of knowledge on the adjustable frames and how to troubleshoot them, with just the most perfect way of walking you through it all. Should I ever need to place another service request it would be such a simple joy to work with her again.ServeCo North America

I bought a ServeCo EasyCare Protection plan with the purchase of a LazyBoy recliner. Sales person said the policy covered stains. I have a small WATER stain on the armrest and ServeCo told me it is NOT covered under the policy. Is ServeCo a scam?The plan document says it covers:Any food or drinks normally consumed by humans (Water?)Human bodily fluids Vomit Gel Pen Highlighter Crayon Grass Grease Iodine Shoe Polish Apparently not water!ServeCo North America

Were genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustrationespecially when you purchased the Protection Plan with the expectation of full support for accidental ********** like to clarify the reason your recent service request was not approved. While water is generally considered a covered substance under the EasyCare Protection Plan, the outcome of any claim also depends on how the stain was treated prior to contacting ServeCo. As outlined in the Plan Terms and Conditions, when a stain occurs, we ask customers to blot the area with a dry cloth and contact ServeCo right awaybefore applying any cleaners or attempting to treat the stain further. Unfortunately, in this case, the method of cleaning used prior to reporting the stain affected our ability to approve the service under the coverage guidelines.That said, we never want a customer to feel that theyre left without options. As a gesture of goodwill and commitment to customer satisfaction, we would be happy to offer a courtesy cleaning attempt. While we cannot guarantee full removal due to the nature of water stains and prior treatment, our technician will do their absolute best to improve the area.Please reach out to our ServeCo at ************ so we can schedule the cleaning at a time thats convenient for you.We value your feedback and will use it to continue improving the service we provide.
