      I have been with this electric company all of my adult life. That would be ** yrs total. When I moved into my home, I was warned to always pay my bill on time because this power company has a zero tolerance and even less compassion. I hope that someone from this company reads this review because even after ** yrs, I do my BEST to pay them as soon as my billing period comes and very well before my due date. I am grateful for technology because I can go online and pay my bill as early as humanly possible. I ahbor the term "delinquent" as it suggests a habitual non-compliance to a commitment, but this is a term that I have always seen on their bill. "Delinquent after due date." In my opinion, this is a very intentional tactic to create anxiety and cultivate a sense of urgency. I feel that anyone who can not pay their bill with this company is at a serious disadvantage. They are rigid, and their antiquated policies will never permit them to gain a reputation that is above reproach. I am very fortunate, as I have always been able to pay my bill.

      Please something seriously needs to be done about this company I’m So lost for words it’s that bad!!
