    First of all, why am I paying $54.95 monthly for monitoring, when other complainent says he is only paying $45 (+tax) monthly for monitoring?Secondly, when the "Sunset" of 3G networks was announced, I received two mysterious text messages declaring they could upgrade my Honeywell panel for $299.00, but this was not with any company ID. Contacted APN, they said they would get back to me with install schedule. Never did! But they DID send a **** for the update! Some nerve! I NEVER did receive any official notification from APN that my panel was going to need upgrade. Now I am trying to get out of the contract for the monthly monitoring service, because I do not have ANY monitoring service at this time. I DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ANYMORE! Their LACK of service is Unacceptable! Do not respond to emails, wait times for phone service are much too long, especially for a security company. I was going to order the upgrade module myself, but APN could not tell me if I needed the ******* or ATT compatible LTE communication module. Aloha APN!

    Tue, May 24 at 5:25 PM Having Aloha Alarm at the home we live in and having tried to contact someone who will respond for nearly 3 weeks IS VERY FRUSTRATING!When calling support, I get "someone" who says I'll give the technician a message. After nearly 2 weeks, I was able to reach someone who helped - he contacted the technician and found out he was on vacation and not even available.Our alarm system/smoke detector started going off every day and night at random times. 7am, 5pm, 8pm 8:10pm, 1:30am, 3am and on and on and on! After a week of disarming the system every time and telling the call service that NO there was no smoke/fire someone told me to remove the smoke detector and the batteries MYSELF. I'm elderly and not able to climb a ladder so I had to get someone to come to the house and do this for me. That was 11 days ago. I'm still waiting for the Aloha Alarm technician OR ANYONE to call and schedule a time to come fix the alarm system! NOT ACCEPTABLE SERVICE Oh, I forgot that someone else did call to advise the cost would be $175 for a service call and $150+ for a new smoke alarm.

    As of today, it's been 24 days since the alarm first started going off.

    This business is not worth the money you put into it as a consumer. They recently changed hands and only use a mainland answering service. It is hard to get thru to them and each time you have a new person. You can hear babies crying in the background. No longer a small local business I called 5 times with each call at 10 minutes and then the call dropped. No way of leaving a voice mail. I have reached out to my salesman, mailed letter and left messages with no response.After this frustrating reaching out with no responses I want out!!! Sorry I do not feel safe!I am on a fixed income and cannot afford the service provided. I have no idea what and who is running this business but I don't get it.Please as a consumer this company needs to be avoided!!

    I contacted this company 3 times regarding an issue I was having with a console, I needed another one, plus I wanted a camera for my carport. They kept saying I would get a call back, when someone did I told him the issue and he stated he would send an email with the estimate, of course it never came!!
