My family and I had to take cold shower because they did not have running hot water. When I checked in the receptionist told me that they have hot water issue at the moment but the hot water would be running if I ran hot water 10 - 15 minutes. However, it never got hot. It became warm for few minutes and then got cold again. The bathroom was moldy all over; shower booth, ceiling, wall, and window frame area. The bottom of the bathroom door frame was rotted. The bedroom was dirty, dusty, and uncleaned. There were dead bugs on the table, window frames, and a light stand. The window curtains were so dusty that I could see the dust patterns.Window frames were warped so much that windows could not be closed at all. Also, there were big gaps between window and window frame and the property owner used plastic shopping bags and foam fillers to blocked the gap.The papers were used to close draws.I was shocked when I saw a half collapsed and neglected building on the property. This property must be inspected thoroughly by health inspectors and impose heavy fines because this property is not safe for customers.

I awoke in the morning to find the bed completely infested with bedbugs. The flooring by the bed had thick, black grime. Now I have a major inconvenience of not trying to bring bedbugs back to my home or in my car.I strongly believe that this hotel, the Ginger Inn in **** needs to have a health inspector due to unhealthy practices of cleanliness.
