My daughter and I visited ******** for the first time. We were casually walking down Waikiki's strip of businesses when a shop employee offered us a free sample of face cream. I politely declined, however my 19 yr old daughter accepted. As we were walking away the employee tried to hand me an entire syringe of eye cream, saying "here I will give this to you". I should have known right then what is too good to be true is a scam! He then asked me if I have ever had a facial before. I responded no. We were then invited into the store where the employee told me it was my lucky day, he was going to call a skin care specialist and make an appointment for a facial this morning. I sat in a chair while the employee sampled the products on my face, eye cream, face scrub, face mask and moisturizer. I think it was the lighting in the place because I did see a difference when I was there, my skin felt like I received immediate ***** and was very smooth. The employee then made a phone call and told me it was again my lucky day there was another store next door and they can get me in for "a facial" now. I never received the promised facial, I was escorted to be fully scammed out of $2100! The pressure was put on thick now. The new employee took over, he demonstrated a Jupiter red/blue light retailing for $7200. I advised I could not afford this amount. The employee then started the extreme pressure tactics, such as telling me to do something for myself, I would look so much younger, the price negotiations began. What started out as a $10,000 package of creams, moisturizers and the light then was reduced to $5000, throwing in more creams for "free" began, price is now at $3500, I said no. The employee threw in more "free creams", price is now at $1850. The ultimate scam that I fell for! The employee bragged the Jupiter Space Touch light comes with a lifetime warranty. As long as you sign up within 7 days of buying it. I did not receive it in the mail until past the date, no receipt

Just noticed this purchase was on my credit card statement and I didnt receive anything. The woman took my bag and my receipt. I purchased some skin care and then was taken back to get a facial. The woman who did that was high pressure and tried selling me a laser for $7000.00! I explained I was not interested and had just paid to bring my family on vacation so it definitely wasnt in my budget. Anyway she wouldnt take no for an answer kept leaving the room and coming back with a better deal. I still told her no and finally she told me they would credit my purchase toward the new price of $1950.00 At that point I told her I needed to leave and would come back, however I had no intention of returning and had to strategically avoid that area of sidewalk for the remainder of my vacation. The transaction was pending for multiple days on my credit card and I assumed they would reverse the charge since they kept the product I had originally purchased. They didnt I was charged for absolutely nothing!I have tried to call but cant locate a working phone number.Thank you

On the following dates I walked past the Reversalife store and was subjected to aggressive sales tactics equivalent to straight up street harassment:1/30/23 1/31/23 2/1/23 Telling the sales people "No I am not interested" did not stop them. Telling them that they were harassing me did not stop them. People should be able to walk down the sidewalk in peace.

Tried to cancel my order via text and was told the have a no refund policy. I did not know that and I thought if it hasnt been received yet that it should be able to be canceled. Therefore reversing my charge on my card. I feel like they try to make you feel really good for getting these discounts and products. Then when I asked if we can think about it for a little while its basically decide now at that time. I wanted to be able to search the products ect. I know now I shouldve said no research the product and then went back. They have horrible reviews not willing to help.

I was in Hawaii and had gone to Reservalife and ended up getting a so called facial. I did like their product and made a purchase. After talking to ******** ******* a few times on the phone and text messages, she agreed to credit my card $2000.00 and send me product I asked for. She did send the product but did not reimburse me. The phone number apparently was a throw away phone and every number I find for the store goes to the company that makes the product and they can't get me the number or do anything about it. All I want is to get in touch with the business or ******** to take care of the issue.
