This Zippys location has discriminated against me for having a service animal for my PTSD. We always get rye rolls and dirty looks when walk in. Weve visited this location several times. Every time its the same. Everyone behind us gets served and seated while we get ignored and kept waiting To be seated. But today 4/3/24. We walked in and was met the same way. Is that a service animal I said yes she is for my PTSD. Everyone walked away. When they came back the made sure the people behind us were seated. We still waited then finally the manager came out and said I heard you needed to talk to me. I said no we are just waiting to be seated. But I said I would like to ask you why is my having a service animal a problem. Why is she in a stroller the manager asked. I explained she has allergies and many things irritated her skin. We had customers standing up for us. I explained you can ask if she was a service animal and what she does is what you can ask me. The manager has attitude and was very unprofessional. They make us wait to be seated for 10 plus minutes while in the back talking about us. Ill will never step foot into another Zippys locations. I wonder is it my service animal or because Im a howly. I didnt ask to have what happened to me and live with nightmares for the rest of my live to be treated like this for just wanting to go eat lunch. Do yourselves a favor stay away from this location!!
