    I wanted to share my sincere appreciation for Mark and his Grand Valet Team. We've partnered with them for nearly 8 years, and their service has been consistently exceptional. They are friendly, patient, and respectful towards our patients, vendors, and staff. We appreciate that they are quick to assist patients who require ambulatory assistance, ensuring a smooth and comfortable exit from their vehicles. Additionally, they are reliable, often arriving early to prepare for the day. On occasions when we've forgotten to schedule valet service, Mark's team has graciously stepped in to cover our needs. Overall, I highly recommend Mark and his Grand Valet Team. We are truly grateful for their dedication and outstanding service.

    I work in the same building as a restaurant that uses Grand Valet, *** and I see firsthand just how exceptional their team is. They are incredibly professional, courteous, and always makes customer feel welcome. Their staff goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.     I recently had the pleasure of employing Grand Valet Service once again for our company Vendor Fair. This gathering welcomed over 200 participants throughout the 8-hour event . . . And once again, Grand Valet didn’t disappoint with respect to the efficiency and expediency at which they performed their services. I couldn't be more impressed with the level of satisfaction from our guests! From the moment Grand Valet began, the staff was friendly and well organized, quickly receiving vehicles and providing our guests with tickets. What stood out most was their attention to detail. The valet team was professional and clearly experienced, about the handling of vehicles with care. Due to their high degree of efficiency, wait times were kept to a minimal and on-site congestion was avoided . . . . . A huge time-saver for our guests! The overall experience was seamless and stress-free, allowing me to focus on the overall logistics for our event. I highly recommend this valet service to anyone looking for convenience and excellent customer service. Beyond a doubt, I’ll be using them again!
