  On June 8 2023 my car was towed from my residence by Izzy tows it. We went down to retrieve it only to find 2 windows have been busted out. When we asked about it the guy was unfriendly and said what do you want me to do. We asked if we can talk to someone about it and he said thats not my department I only work for the scrap yard part (which is where my car was parked). Was told I have to take it up with night crew and call hpd to make a report. I have the picture of my car before it got towed (taken by the tow truck driver) and you can clearly see my windows on tact. They do not care about any thing but money. I dont know how they are still in business.

  On 12 April's 2023, my vehicle was towed with no explanation. I called and was told I will pay and that they don't have pictures justifying the tow. My wife called and was called a b**** and hung up on by management there. I went down with the local police and they attempted to intimidate my spouse and say she will pay and they showed us 1 taken on Monday 10 April when they originally chalked around our vehicle and towed our car on Wednesday with no picture. They refused to give us a receipt and would only accept cash. **** is a very lucrative towing/ and looks like a chop shop in the back. They can essentially tow your car for no reason and make you pay to get it out because they leverage ****** laws. **** blocked all our numbers and has refused to provide a receipt to this day. I don't feel comfortable providing pictures as this company will likely target my family for repercussions.

  Izzy tow it tagged and towed my car from its paid for parking spot because they said my *********** was not clearly visible. It was clearly displayed on my dashboard bacause it doesn't stay on my rearview mirror. I was charged 280 dollars for a tow and had to leave work to drive across island to pick up the vehicle. My car was stolen and held for ****** by izzy tow it.

  My car was towed on 12/12/22 between 5:30-8p.m. from the *** parking lot. I was told I was allowed to park there and had parked there once before with no issue. When I called the towing company I was told I needed to bring $302.50 in cash to *********************. in ******* in order to retrieve my car. When I arrived at 8:30p.m. I paid the money in cash, but did not receive a receipt. They parked my car so close to another vehicle that I had to crawl through the passenger side to get into the car. This was convenient because they had caused almost $8,000 worth of damage to the body of my car on the driver's side which I did not see until I had left the lot. When I noticed something was off, I pulled over the side of the road and immediately took pictures. I have an image of my car leaving my apartment parking lot at 5p.m. without any damage, I have requested the footage from the gym parking lot, and I have pictures of the damage immediately after I picked it up. I also have a text record with an employee regarding the amount charged, location, and damage. I have a record of when I went to pick up the vehicle because I took an uber. The damage on my car includes blue paint which is the color of the tow trucks they use. I have texted, called, and emailed without success. My insurance coverage does not cover this type of damage.

  On Nov 8th 2022 at ************************************************************************************ my front yard had been spraying water and flooding the street for hours. When I went outside to investigate I found that my truck was missing and that the street sign behind my vehicle had been hit and irrigation system in my yard had been completely destroyed. My truck had been towed from my front yard by ********. When I asked about the damage to public and private property that agent from ******** replied that they are not responsible and must be handled through court for damages. Extensive damage was done to my vehicle. Izzy Tow refuses to take payment in any form other than cash and does not have an atm service available on site.

  On 04/15/2022 my vehicle was towed from ********************** at about 2:48am. I spoke with Kainoa and he lets me know that its cash only but by law they are required to have an ATM on their property, which they did not. They did not provide a receipt or description of the charges. I was later emailed my receipt. We picked up the car around 7:50am and realized the car was damaged during the tow. The damages are located in the exact spot the dollies are used to pick the car up completely off the ground. These people do not have the proper equipment to provide to their customers. Their yard person who releases cars had nothing but a cell phone to do the entire transaction. He did not show me the description of any charges nor did he provide me with the information I needed to see before signing out my car. This business is known for damaging vehicles and their lack of customer service. They believe I will not go through with this whole process and proving they damaged my vehicle as he indeed said to "take it to small claims and hope I win"
