  Sham operation. **************** is a bunch of zombies just barely listening. Have a gas cooktop with a gas leak and after 2 months without a stove and paying $200 for their service people to not have a resolve. Just found out they want me to wait ******************************************************** I can accept the consolation prize of $260.00 if I choose to go get another cooktop. This is the WORST company I have EVER had the misfortune of having to contact I am a real estate agent and would always recommend to my buyers and sellers a warranty program when buying or selling. As a buyer using this service I can not stress enough what a lying misleading and totally horrible group of people call themselves HSA I will never want any of my clients to have any experience like mine and will continue to blast bad reviews to get this message to as many as possible on every site I still dont have a stove and after clearly seeing in the brochure its a covered replacement I will now be buying my cooktop without the promised coverage. Buyer beware and stay as far away as possible ! Doesnt even deserve the one Star . Zero stars for this consumer

  This is now over 3 years of no a/c. They take forever to get a contractor & then when they do a repair it never is fixed. You have to log a new request & pay a new fee. This has been nonsense! Waiting for over 3 months for the last request submitted. Still nothing.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE 8 on a scale of ****!!!! I have been waiting on an A/C compressor for 11 days. The initial impression was good. They sent the contractor out right away, and he was quick to diagnose and order the parts. However, once they realized they had to replace something, they drug their feet in getting it fixed by messing up on the Purchase Order for the ordered compressor. HSA did not order the parts correctly!!!! I was told 3-5 days the first time I called....then 5-7 working days.....I called today and there is no record of the order....I got told "Oh..there is a problem...the parts were not ordered correctly....it will be another 3-5 days!. This will be approx. 23 days waiting on a compressor that was ordered 11 days ago. Contacted the Supervisor, and she confirmed another 3-5 days. Requested some kind of concession, e.g., the $75 Service fee to be refunded, for their mistake, but she did not concede. RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!!   Stay far far away from them. We needed urgent repair because of detoriated power cables. They send 2 different contractors out because they tried to find a way out. Wouldn't cover it due to water damage that was caused by the detoriated cables... Can't make that up even if I wanted to. Refused to get a supervisor and hang up on ** multiple times after we asked for the reason of refusal in writing. Spent your money elsewhere

  Go with HSA if you want terrible service, lots of lies, and rude customer service as well as some seriously shady contractors. I foolishly re-upped with my contract with them because of discount. Well, I got an invoice for the amount of the discount a few months later. Despite my calls to customer service and the NOTES on my account noting said discount, THEY SHUT OFF MY SERVICE until I paid it. On top of that, they have assigned my calls to some contractors who were NOT appropriate with me in my home. Another service call was directed to a company who then subbed out the work to a contractor who only texted me, then ghosted me after three months. I then find out that locally this guy is known as a sexual predator!!!! The call center lies to you, they don't keep decent notes on your account and they will just take your money. AVOID.

  Avoid HSA no matter what. I purchased when I bought a new home. Within days, the software heater failed working, and even though I had a home inspection showing it was working prior to the purchase, and a plumber inspect and show me failed parts, HSA would not cover it. They also took almost 5 weeks to find one of their certified contractors who would even come out to my home. Next, my furnace started making weird noises, in the fall as it was starting to get cold. It took HSA 3 weeks to get a contractor who would come out to my home... Due to being fall in MN I couldn't wait so I hired one independently to come out the same day that I first called HSA. They indicated the furnace part had failed, and was unsafe to repair. Online reviews of the furnace issued agreed. HSA would only pay for the replacement part (not even labor)... I ended up purchasing a new furnace out of my pocket. Third was a water heater that failed... HSA declined again. It is a complete joke and scam and their process is designed to frustrate you so that you just give up on asking them for anything. I'm sure that their customer service reps are compensated on declining claims. I even worked my way to a regional manager in our area... she was a waste of time as well. I'd NEVER recommend them to anyone

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! NO HOT WATER FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS! If I could give them no stars I would! We have been with them for YEARS and had no issues on cheap fixes. The minute it becomes too costly, all of a sudden there are "no contractors in our area". I was given the option to find my own contractor but NO ONE would work with them! Not even to call them and give an estimate when I was paying out of pocket! I offered to email an estimate to them but NOOOO it had to be the company calling them! I eventually gave up and paid for the work on my own and canceled my account. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

  Horrible, no true vetting of contractors and when the work is not done properly they will not get anyone else to fix it. You just get put into the system and same incompetent companies will get sent out while they collect their fee. Very hard to get anything fixed unless you get lucky. AVOID.

  HSA is a scam - the worst company ever - I have been keeping the contract for **************** case my heater/air conditioner broke down which it did in December. Finally got someone out to look at at and they said they had to call HSA to get the heat pump (I life in a small condo so of course everything is special ordered and cost more). After not having ********* all winter I have finally been told that they have no idea what to replace my heat pump with (even the repair guy who supposedly has over 20 years experience has never seen this before - sure I believe that). So they told me that I have to get my own contractor and then send them the invoice and they might pay me $500. You have got to be kidding - a new HVAC is going to cost me $10,000 ish so the $500 will not even begin to cover the expense. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY ANYTHING - it is such a rip-off - 0 stars

  Terrible they dont cover nothing. They send out the wrong plumber that doesnt work on a well and still charge you a service fee and dont refund it when there the ones who sent out the wrong guy.
