    I have 2 unauthorized charges from Phantom EFX. I looked up who they were and it says online gaming casino. I dont have any of those downloaded on my phone. It gave me a list and Ive never had those. Chatted with an agent and they wanted me to pay to talk to a live representative. Cashed the n number and they dont support phone calls. Im trying to get these charges reversed and figured out before Im charged more money.

    -0 stars - I purchased $4.99 for coins only 3 times EVER since I got the game app QUICK HITS because I typically never pay for any games however I enjoyed it until I saw they are maliciously stealing from me. Tonight was one of those times and immediately after I bought the 4.99 deal they charged me over $20 in a separate transaction ! I jumped up in shock and looked at my bank account to investigate and come to find out theyve been making unauthorized transactions maliciously since I got the app adding up to OVER $400.00 ! Im calling the police to file a report and calling my bank I already reached out to this sick company asking for my ALL my money back that was STOLEN from me . I have proof that I never ever made ANY of those other transactions by their mistakes I caught through my investigation and by the looks of it this company has been stealing from people for years and they keep changing their game app name to cover their tracks so Im not the only person with the SAME EXACT COMPLAINTS OF THEFT if I need to Ill call my lawyer as well because theyve exasperated several medical conditions and put me in a financial hardship because of this theft. This was absolutely sickening to my stomach how dare this company continue to get away with this malicious crime. Im a single mother and these criminals dont care about what others are going through there's unauthorized purchases even on days I was in surgery EXPLAIN THAT you thieves ! This company has got to be stopped immediately please Im begging you to shut them down for good theyve gotten away with this for several years according to complaints that match mine. Im so broken over this over $400.00 STOLEN from a single mother is A LOT !

    Hello! 

    Our game is unable to make any charges without direct interaction from the player for each purchase.  Our records do show that your account has made numerous purchases so far over the course of June and July.  

    Please keep in mind that Apple will normally hold purchases and charge them at a later date combined with other purchases.  Due to this, the date of the charge is not necessarily the date of the purchases found on the receipt, and the total amount of the charge may be a combination of multiple purchases made at different times.  This is likely what you are seeing.

    The names of our apps have not changed.  You may see "Phantom EFX" appear on bank statements, but the name of the actual app that you made the purchase on should appear on your actual receipt for the charges.
