This gaming site is HORRIBLE. Lost 2 billion in less than 20 minutes. They want you to keep buying coins to play. No wins at all. Negative -10 ??. Buy coins is all they want us to do. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS TO MY WORST ENEMY.

It would appear you cannot file complaints, which means this company no longer exists in **/North America? I am asking. Phantom EFX is a ***** shell company(shadow company) I have experienced in the last 6 month theft of earned coins. EX: Had ************* coins and when I resigned on? Only had *********** coins. It took me days to be able to contact and thanks to a fellow player that sent me link, I reported loss. The response was they could not find error that happened and here is ********** coins. Okay that is not the 9 Billion missing. Happened again and I gave them exact date and time, as I only did a refresh of the site. This time they said sorry, they could not find enjoy the game and no compensation for the earned coins they stole. I gave them absolute specific date and time and they could not find error? I think not. Two days in a row only dead spins? They claim to be like a real casino. I think NOT. Show *************** would have shut them down for machine tampering and theft. Why are they not regulated, since they sell coins for play? Why would they not be under the same perusal as a real casino? Real money transaction is involved. Also they claim to be a free site, yet a month ago to complete a challenge for a prize, not once but twice? Making a coin purchase was one of their requirements to complete challenge. Thus it is not FREE. .I would give negative stars for this site if possible. When I first put the BBB link up for others to be able to complain? At first they took it down on reviews. I put it back up and reminded them it is against the rules to remove a review. Thank you for all the BBB does. Perhaps if enough people turn them in? They will be reviewed legally. This was once a fun game site and whomever now owns it? Destroyed it.

The developers created a great, highly appealing game (Monopoly Slots). Lots of fun visuals. It was great to play alongside with my mom (she has alzheimers). The problem is that it costs.... and costs... and costs to play. I kept buying tokens ($99 for 870 million). I spent over $1,000 trying to get to a place where we could just play the game without having to spend money. We were able to get my account to 2 billion tokens and at that point felt like we could enjoy playing without having to spent more money. And then, the odds changed - so much that within a couple hours, all 2 billion tokens were wiped out - no wins. Amazingly, the game wasn't providing the same "payouts" - it was just taking tokens. My mom and I felt very cheated (we wasn't playing large sums - no more than 3 percent *** per play). But even after that, I decided to buy yet another $99 package to keep my mom entertained, and that went away remarkably fast. I wrote to their customer service. I explained that given the investment ($1,000), I thought it might be considerate to "credit" my account - not a lot - but 10% as a gesture of "goodwill." We had run through the few tokens were left, and I got frustrated and deleted the app - but then decided I had a lot invested and there were ways to get nominal credits each day to keep my mom entertained. So I tried to get back on the app. But then I was blocked from accessing their site. I never was rude or offensive to anyone - in fact my letter was incredibly polite. So apparently if there are any objections to the level of spending, or requests for consideration, you get booted off for good - and all the tokens that were invested (that enabled for a nominal daily payout) are permanently lost. For a game application where there is no "cost" to the developers for added tokens, I really wonder whether the game really is about pulling people in just to get cash from them.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company profits off of a very manipulative and addictive game. I have spent thousands, rationalizing each time will be the last. Im not someone who is usually victim to this, so I know theres algorithms designed to **** you in. This is not out there for fun, its out there for HUGE shady profiting.I wish Id never played online slots , its pretty bad when they are worse than an actual casino where you have the possibility of winning. I feel like such a dunce, Im so embarrassed.This company should be investigated.
