They have this force mow policy in effect which basically gives them the ability to mow anybodys grass at their discretion with no notice or warning and then charge that person $150 for doing so. I was recently a victim to this scam in which my grass didnt need mowed, it was the middle of august and the grass was very dry because of no rain and wasnt growing in the entire community, there was a small patch in the front that was slightly more grown than the rest and they decided at their discretion without warning to mow it and then issue the $150 charge.Ive seen yards throughout the summer that the grass/weeds had grown out of control and they did nothing about it, yet this instance that should never have even qualified as a force mow event they are trying to say it was necessary. The before and after photos they sent me show that it wasnt necessary besides that small patch, they shouldnt be allowed to charge $150 for this service. They used to issue warnings and place notes on your door giving you a few days to mow it before they would mow and charge but now they can apparently do what they want without notice.
