    I've lived here a little over a year ago, and the manager who worked here then got fired for staying in the office too much, which I honestly think is ridiculous since the maintenance men drive around the park. Anyways the girl that replaced her got caught stealing some of our rent checks (myself included) and since I didn't have my receipts to prove I had paid the new manager took me to court to evict me, but I won my case, and it ****** them off so they sent what they claim I owe in back rent which is over $5,000 to collections and ruined my credit score. This isn't all either- when I moved in I informed them that there's a huge dead tree in my yard about to fall on my house, and was told that they are two years behind and that they hoped I have good home owners insurance, and they also do this no mow Monday thing where they charge you $150 if your lawn isn't cut to their specifications! I've been trying to reach the actual owners but the only information I know is that they live in ******. I'm pretty sure that they have no clue about what's happening here.
