Stay Away !!!! Shoddy, substandard work. They were supposed to lift and straighten my sidewalk and 2 panels of my driveway. My driveway is still 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 inches below level across the garage apron. The guy who was performing the work, who happens to be the owner *********************** McConville Gave me three different excuses why he couldn't make it level. And get this, all three of his excuses made it seem as though it was my fault. So be forewarned about this company. He will lowball the estimate, to get you to sign then they think you are at his mercy. We are headed to court

The description of the events regarding the job are factually incorrect.Because of the way the concrete had settled it was not possible to fully correct the issue. We made a second trip to give another attempt, but again, it was not possible.In an effort to resolve the matter, we deducted 30% off the original agreed upon price and then invoiced the reduced amount. After a legal claim by ***********************, it became necessary to seek court relief and have an objective analysis of the situation.On June 30, 2022, the court dismissed *************************** claim and granted a judgement against *********************** for the amount invoiced, plus court costs. The court dismissed his case. He failed to even appear to argue his position before the court. (Final judgement not subject to further claim.)Iowa Concrete LevelingCustomer Response

I standby my claim of shoddy substandard work. Stay away from this company. Me, missing a court date doesn't change the fact that Iowa Concrete leveling is the bottom of the barrell.
