    I needed new garbage disposal. They showed up, installed it, couldn't get the switch to work properly and told me I needed an electrician. So I spent a day trying to set up an appt with electrician, only to take my own look to see he had PLUGGED IT INTO THE WRONG OUTLET. I fixed that then, I ran the disposal once, it fell off and drained water everywhere. A new tech came to fix it. 4 month later.... OUTSIDE WARANTY... it stopped again. they came out, cleared the blockage and charged me 127 dollars for the work. It has stopped working twice since then as well that I have personally fixed to save the money. Trash equipment and trash-trained employees. Total cost of $630.77, and I'm still having to make repairs to the disposal on my own.
