Today May 3rd 2024 I paid for the premium wash at Quick Shine Express Car Wash on E. 53rd in **************. I have been supporting this business for years. Today midway through my car wash a piece of equipment in the wash scraped the passenger side mirror on my car, the paint was scraped off. I called and spoke with the manager and I was told that they are not at fault. Absolutely unacceptable!! BEWARE OF THIS CAR WASH IF YOU TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR VEHICLE.Review from Jerry G

By far the worst business I've ever done business with! Im not sure what's worse the fact you can't contact anyone with an issue as the kids that work there take nothing serious and I'm certain are high 99% of the time. When walking into the office and the smell of Marijuana hits me hmmm ok but trying to explain to a worker that my account has been canceled and some reason its back on and being charged (again) for the second month in a row. The (manager) refused to give me his name hmmm ok and was absolutely no help,just rude and cocky hmm ok I tried to explain to this (nameless manager) who has no clue absolutely noooo clue! Rather then help me I felt I had to be in defense mode! I had to shut down my card @ bank,bank is investigating this issue as something isn't adding up! I've tried countless times to reach out to speak with an adult or any kind of a manager but no luck what so ever. I'm certain the kids that work there have no concept of money or even how credit card fraud works but its been turned over to my bank and police ***** And again I've left over 10 messages at both locations and not a call back! So I guess it'll take an investigation before I hear from any management and that's just bad business!Review from Angela B.

This is a horrible business to spend your money at or to work for they hire *** offenders and do nothing when several complaints are made about the that person putting their *************** but then they fire other employees for hear say or bc they would like something done about a *** offender put their hand on others including minors at the job site.
