Unfortunately this office was supposed to bill medacaid for all of my daughters services since birth. They never did this... Even tho we gave them the card MULTIPLE TIMES. Updated the card with them innperson again after an error was found. BUT STILL THEY DID NOT BILL MEDACAID. So now they are trying to send me a bill for all the services. When this is their mess up. & noone from billing will deal with it or own up to their s**** up.. I will keep taking this as far up as I can to everyone and anyone. This is a horrible way to treat your patienfs. And clearly your staff needs better training and better Hospitality.

We are actively working with this client to resolve their concerns. The billing information in question was actually a mistake in the ******** system where the state payor had the incorrect DOB for the patient. The information was correct in our system and could only be corrected by the patient contacting the state office. In this case, the patient did not contact the state and correct the error within the timely filing deadline to where the visits could be re-billed and paid without the patient receiving the billing.
However, though we do not feel there was an error on our end, we have reached out to this patient and will cancel claims associated with their account so as to not put an undo financial burden on this family.

Told me I had 5 cavities that needed to be filled, went to another dentist office and told me I had no cavities. They wouldn't release my sons files to another practice and when they did, they refused to send the password for the email. This place is a joke and forcing people to get things done when they don't need to be done. Giant fraud system taking advantage of people's insurance and state aid!Community Health Care, Inc.
