I called to see how to cancel my policy and changed address with rep over the phone. Rep advised I could go online to cancel my policy and would take 3-5 days to process to pay out the $3700 they owe me. It has now been 2 1/2 weeks and I still have not received my money and website says it's still in process. In response to an inquiry I was told they put a 10 day hold on it because address changed. So far there has been no response to my second inquiry. I really need this money and now will probably not have it in time to pay what I needed it for. **************** is horrible! It's money due to me!

Stay away from this company. This is my worst investment ever. I should have just kept my money at Fidelity Investments and would have returned 30% already but instead my friend talked me into investing here where you cant lose money. Indeed but it wont grow either. Theres a reason it has a 1 star out of 5 star review. I should have looked at the reviews first and not trust my friend. Invest at a reputable firm and read reviews. I am very ashamed to verbalize that I have just been scammed by Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company. I was a customer and policy holder for over 20 years, holding a life insurance policy that pays a return of premium, however these scammers are not honoring my policy due to rules they are completely making up and not directly stated on the policy itself. As such I will pursue legal consultation and take susbsequent action against this company.If my family were counting on receiving a death benefit payment at the time of my death, I am 100% positive that they would never see a single $1 of the death benefit. I strongly advise everyone with a life insurance policy with Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company to cancel it immediately and move your money to a reputable company and you will save yourself considerable anguish down the road. You owe it to your loved ones as well as for your peace of mind to be 100% certain that your life insurance will provide the financial support to your family at some future date. Your policy with Fidelity & Guaranty Life is not worth the flimsy paper that it is printed on! Move your money immediately as this company is a scam.Fidelity & Guaranty Life Response

In all my years of investing, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had made a request for a withdrawal on May 9 and today is June 5 and I still have not received my funds. I recommend that no one does business with this company.Fidelity & Guaranty Life Response

I have been a consumer for over 10 years. I tried to cancel my policy on a certain day which I did I called and they told me I was all set. No other withdrawals would be taken out four days later the withdrawal was taken out. I called back they said I needed to sign some thing I said while your customer service people shouldve known that and told me that and I wouldve emailed it to you which I emailed it with the second phone call and it was canceled but they will not refund me my money even though it was a veteran that made the mistake. I do not recommend Fidelity. I actually have life insurance through Midland life which is great. Also have life insurance policy through my bank, which is very cheap for 100 grand and the one with Midland is ******* and its less than Fidelity also which is only $50 a month I highly recommend to turn away from these people another Rich company, taking from the middle class folk. Unbelievable I will keep continuing to review horrible *** for these people they dont deserve you.Fidelity & Guaranty Life Response

Told this company that I was no longer interested in investing with Fidelity and Guaranty Annuities and to return my money. Only to be given the run around and ripped off for over $6,000.00Fidelity & Guaranty Life Response

I'm a brand new customer to F&G. Just rolled over my 401K plan. I already had an issue on Monday 1/8/24. My 401K company(Principal) sent the roll over check to F&G and they typed ***** on it. I called F&G, asked them to stop from depositing the check, and to send the check back to Principal for a new check. F&G responded immediately, were professional, helpful and got it taken care of without delay. I confirmed with Principal they received the communication from F&G and will be mailing the new check to F&G this week. I am an annuity policy holder. I called F&G Life today to get help in closing out my annuity. After a long hold I was connected with Terry who was snappy, rude and treated me with contempt. I am a highly accomplished corporate psychology and author of more than 25 books in print. As a client of F&G I am entitled to be treated with courtesy and respect. I don t like the costumer service of this company i m not content with it. I ve been trying to cancel this policy through the agent Gustavo ***** and he doesn t advanced in the cancelation he doesn t pick up the phone he s just ignoring how unsatisfied i am.
