It is not surprising to see that:1) AIM has a rating of D-2) AIM is not accredited by the BBB.This corporation is unfortunately interested only in squeezing the last bit of profit possible from print publications (likely speeding the final demise of print). They have acquired too many publications for the corporation to manage and provide zero customer service and lackadaisical website maintenance. Customers not able to receive access to the service they have paid for will not be able to get a hold of anyone by phone and will spend several weeks on glacially slow back and forth emails which will only serve to tie up their funds before they are forced to demand their money back due to the inept actions of a company with no support structure. I sadly have to recommend to the average enthusiast to find another source of media for their active interests.

This organization would receive an award for killing interest publications if such an award existed. They have managed to buy/acquire excellent editorial staff who produced magazines that people actually wanted to read, and promptly dismissed those staff, I guess, so that they can be allowed to mismanage in peace. I have subscribed to four of their magazines, and been forced to unsubscribe to each of them in turn because, in the event of a problem with my print or online subscription, I have received both online and postal erroneous correspondence from them, as well as the usual corporate tactic of making it difficult to speak with them about the *********** would be beneficial if they would hire adequate numbers of customer service personnel so that when one calls, they do not wait online for at least 30 minutes. Not to mention that, with each minute that passes, the voice comes on to announce that your wait time has INCREASED by 2-3 minutes. Either they can't count, or they're hoping to make you wait so long you hang up.I have recently paid for a subscription for which they are sending me notices that "Unless you renew now, your subscription will lapse." I know they received my renewal because they cashed my check. Who knows if I'll ever receive another issue. Nothing is worth this hassle!
