For whatever reason, seller AFTER received monies, cancels the order with no reason stated. Now I am petitioning PayPal for return of funds under their guidelines. What I want is the product advertised. All of this after the money's have been transferred I find the NEGATIVE comments about this business's history. Had I known, would never have ordered from him. I suspect this seller did not have the product and uses this payment choice to fraudulently keep the monies due to the difficulties of resolution.

On August 29th I had placed an order with Midwest Reloads for Two Pounds of smokeless powder for a customer of ours (Florida International University). I had placed this order with them because they were the only place that had the two specific powders this customer was looking for. Virtually every seller didn't have these products in stock but Midwest Reloads claimed they did. I placed the order online and received a follow up email to pay by PayPal for the order. This should've been a red flag but we proceeded. We waited until October 22nd when we found out we sent the money to the wrong email and the company gave us a new email to send the PayPal payment to. On October 23rd we received a payment confirmation from the company also stating that they will be shipping our products out. I didn't hear anything from the customer or Midwest so I assumed everything went smoothly and that they received their products from Midwest Reloads. However, on Dec. 09, 2024, I received an email from Florida International University stating that they have not yet received their products that we ordered and paid for. After doing some research into this company, all forums and even the BBB are saying this is not a real business and even worse, a scam. I have yet to get a hold of Midwest Reloads and there phone number does not work. I would like to one receive a refund for my order from Midwest as well as a written apology. If it is possible, I would like the BBB to launch an investigation into this company to check for authenticity. Attached is a picture of the order confirmation as well as our email thread. Also included is the original Purchase Order from FIU for these products which matches the shipping address for the Midwest Reloads order. Also attached is the paypal receipt sent to [email protected] which was provided to me by the [email protected] email thread. Thank you for your help in this matter and I hope to hear back from you shortly.

July 27, 2024: I placed an order with the Midwest Reload site for primers that I could not find in stock anywhere else. The only forms of payment were ******, ***** and one other form I had never heard of. I was walked through the payment process via the Customer Service online chat. The total was $129.00. After a few days, we received a tracking update that the package was held up in Chicago-O'Hare awaiting the payment of a hazmat fee of $110. I contacted our local Post Office and ask about the charge. The Postmaster asked how were we informed of the charge. Upon hearing that it was via email, she promptly said to enter the tracking number in usps.com to see if it shows, but it is probably a scam. She was right. The number is fake, and the company cannot be reached for inquiry.

My transaction was on or about May 21, 2024, I was trying to purchase reloading rifle primers from Midwest Reloads. I made payment via ****** and they promised shipping information. When no information came within 2-3- days, I reached out to them by email and that was ignored. I called and was put on hold, which then disconnected me several times. I went on their site and communicated via their chat option and asked if they had stock for immediate shipment to which they said yes. I asked why they did not ship my order, and was immediately disconnected. I did this several times. I would like to get my money back and this site should be shut down. If it is in the US it should be located, the owners charged a convicted of fraud.

May 15 2024 I ordered reloading powder from Midwest Reloads. I was instructed to pay via ***** to their order assistant ********* ******  I did and received an email confirming the order. The next day I received an email from ********* stating they had my order and provided a tracking number. The day my order was to arrive, I received another ********* email stating they had my package but an additional 110.00 deposit was necessary by US POSTAL in order to comply with hazmat policy. I went to the post office only to learn the tracking number was bogus and they had no package for me listed.
