    Searched on line for shooting supplies and came across a company called Midwest Reloads. Made two purchases and when I tried to get in contact with the company, including customer service, I could not get an answer. Upon checking other black powder forums, it turns out the company is fraudulent. Any way re recover my money? I should have known better.

    This is not a legitimate website.They are taking money from people and not sending them a product. They are telling Me that I need to send them information that they should already have through the order.And through the payment process. I am looking for the better business beer to take action and actually remove the website.So other people are not being Scammed by them. If at all possible i'm trying to have criminal charges pressed against them it would be nice but not a requirement.

    I ordered some gun powder from this company and was informed it would take 3 business days until it shipped. It has now been 2 weeks and I have heard nothing from them. I am seeking a refund of my money.

    MIDWEST RELOADS *************************** Paid this business $341.71 via ****** for reloading supplies, order place 64 days ago. Called to follow up on order, they said it was shipped. I asked for tracking number, they said it was shipped **** and no tracking number. This is a lie, **** will not ship hazardous materials, in this case gun powder. Secondly, even if shipped by **** they provide tracking numbers. When I confronted them on mistruths, they hung up on me. I called back, no answer. I now see this site is a SCAM. Can you do something past just logging complaints? Can you direct Iowa law enforcement? This site is a total scam, robbing people like myself. Cordially Kurt Shaul

    I placed a $279.89 order with Midwest Reloads on April 8, 2024. They have a couple of ways to pay for your order, I used *****. I got an email asking for a copy of a confirmation email from *****. I sent them copy of the confirmation email and was advised that my order has been processed. Six days later I asked for information on my order and was given a tracking number and shipping company website, ************************* that can provide transaction details as necessary. No such tracking number exists. Midwest Reloads will not answer calls or answer questions via their chat line.

    I placed an order with Midwest Reloads on or around January 7, 2024. The order was received and I had to pay them via ******* to the name of ******* ****** for $127.50. I have called and left voicemails, used their website chat feature, and sent several emails requesting an update on my order. The business has yet to reply to my requests. I am now requesting a refund for the full amount paid.

    I ordered seveal powders from the website, first they had me send the money by PayPal, stating it’s their policy to send it friends and family since in a firearm related website and it violates the policy for PayPal business. After o sent it, couple days later I didn’t get any kind of order email, I later called there customer support to get hung up on several times, then the number is disconnected, I used there chat and asked for a refund, and they said it takes 4-5 days to process. After 5 days I used the chat again just for them to not answer me after telling them the order #. Now I can’t get ahold of them at all 1 month later.

    I placed an order from the company only to find out they were a COMPLETE scam. They have you ****** a user and then when you expect to receive your order you instead get an email extorting more 'hazmat' money before they'll deliver. They will not allow you to personally pickup the package because it actually ISN'T where they show it to be. Fake website for goods - ****************** Fake shipping company - US Postal Mails ************************  Can provide transaction details as necessary
