They were to remove our tree today and would be here between 1 pm and 2 pm. We tried to call them around 2:15 and got their voice mail. They showed up at 5:30 and were going to start on the tree until I went out and asked them not too out of courtesy for our neighbors and because it would have taken them till way after dark. And I said a call would have been nice.The worker called his boss and I spoke with him and he said they had a big maple tree that took them longer than expected and that he tried to call us earlier in the day and left a message. Two no-shows by someone named *****. Did not show up on time the first time, when contacted, said would be 1hr30 min late. When contacted again 1hr30 min later, texted back that he was on his way, and would be in 15 min. 15 min later, texted back to inform that that morning his boss had decided to cancel all appointments, except for ************* (our appointment was at 6 pm, and he had texted us 15 min. earlier that he was on his way). The second time, around the story repeated itself: ***** did not show up on time, we texted him, he said he would be 1hr 45 min late, after which did not show up at all, having us wait until dark. That was after he got our address complete with detailed directions, a ****** map, and pictures of the property. Makes me wonder if this is a legit business. I do not recommend getting involved with these people. Too sketchy.
