    Did not satisfactorily complete installation etc before apparently going out of business while under contract.. yet I'm still receiving a $32k bill for services.

    I signed a contract with Moxie solar to put a solar system on my residential home, the electrical company paperwork was completed at this point. But out of no where everything went silent like they are no longer in business or like it was a scam.

    Solar system needs repair as inverters have been out for months. Had appointment set up through Moxie for next week, it was cancelled. We are now being told to contact MSI Diversified, Inc. however they are unreachable. Moxie has no contact information for MSI per Jenna Frederick service manager. Here I sit in limbo with an expensive non-working system....this company doesn't deserve even one star.

    I signed up for a system on 8/24/2021. In October 2021, I was told that my permits were completed but installation would have to wait until spring 2022. I have paid half of the total cost. After repeated efforts to contact someone for updates, I was assured that installation would be done early June 2022. Some installers showed up but Moxie had not shipped any panels to me. The installers told me that their company was owed ~$250,000 for work done. Moxie has not responded to calls or emails. It is now November 2022. I have had a pallet of panels sitting in my driveway for about 5 months. I don't know if the permits will still be valid if/when my system is installed. I truly believe their operation is being run like a ponzi scheme. They are still taking orders but not delivering.

    We signed a contract with MoxieSolar on July 29, 2022. The representative was Peter McLaughlin. We’ve been calling and leaving messages on his phone. He finally returned a call this morning and we learned that he is no longer with MoxieSolar. So who is our representative? Who do we call when we have questions? Your communications with clients and sales preventatives need to improve. I’ve been asking when the panels are going up and we have no idea. It is approaching winter and your workers will not be able to get on the roof to install the panels. Our panel still haven’t been installed. We were told the panels would be installed in October. Well, that’s not going to happen. So when? November? December, I doubt it. January, not holding my breath. When? My friend seemed happy with your service, but I have to say, we are not.     I have had troubles with them from the start and now it’s continuing after installation. Have had an inverter out for multi months and emailed multi times and still nothing is getting done. I honestly wish I had never put solar up with this company as they are costing me money monthly.

    I am just wanting my system to be hooked up. Moxie completely "got" us because they came and installed the panels and ran the electric cable - but have not been back to actually connect the system to the grid. So, here we sit with 50 + panels on our building, a huge roll of cable by our home and nothing working. I have been told batteries are scarce, then I was told the batteries were in and crews would be on site the next day. Nothing. We financed $96,000 for this build and are now at the point of beginning to repay and we still do not have any type of working solar system.I just want to get some REAL answers. When will this be completed. When will batteries be in. Very frustrating. I call and call and email and email - and I get nothing back.

    Contractors beware!!! We are a contractor who has done several jobs for Moxie solar without pay. We are currently owed over $12,000 this is labor and material costs. As a small business this is a pretty big hit. Not only is Moxie Solar taking customers money they are taking the contractors who come and do the work for them as well. We have contacted them every month for the last 13 months. ********************* the accounts payable is a liar who will tell you these invoices are next in line to be paid one month and then the next month she says her hands are tied. We were told from one of the employees ******************* that someone order 300K worth of material so they couldn't make any payments to contractors for the work done. I would be run far way from this company!!!

    Thank you for making us aware of your concerns.  I have reached out to the appropriate parties in order to gather information and show the last communication was made by Moxie Solar in January acknowledging the concerns of the party and requested and updated W-9.  We have not received any communications since that time.  Not sure where the emails have been going but if they can reach out to ***************************** and we can work towards completing this

    I signed the documents in October of 2021, system was installed March 2022. It is now August 2022 and my system is finally active after many many months of dealing with the repercussions of them falsely telling my city their system complied with certain requisite electrical characteristics for my town. They have been horribly delayed in their responses, flat out told me the city was to blame for the delays when they were 100% on Moxie, were no help getting the actual vendor to deal with the issue, were content to sit back and let me interact directly with the manufacturer rather then doing their job as a reseller. I don't yet know how to monitor my solar output, but I expect another nightmare to get to that. Highly encourage you to run away if you're considering working with this company. Sales was good, installers were great, actual follow through was atrocious.

    They undersized my system on purpose so i'd have to buy additional panels and charge additional fees for installation instead of sizing the system correctly. They lied about how much money i'd save on my electric ****. I pay more now than before i had the panels installed. No one is willing to help and they can't keep people cuz they keep quitting because of all the shady business practices they are doing. Been trying to get my system to produce what they said in the first place but everyone just ignores my request for additional panels. Regret going with this company and will have to probably get a different company to get a panel system to work as they are suppose to.
