    I do not recommend this Company. Owner's son stopped by to offer a quote on a pine tree removal, ***** removed, two trees being topped, six pines trees trimmed, and clean up. Initially impressed, and after getting a second bid, I agreed to part of the project. That was on 6-13-2024. The work was STARTED on 6-13-2024 the same day I agreed to use their services. Completed work only included the tree removed, one of the two trees topped, and the second tree partially topped. On 6-14-2024 I spoke with the Owner; after being insulted by the owner; the son offered to make this right and complete the job. He also offered to trim the six pine trees at no charge. That was on 6-14-2024. Work left to be completed were the ***** removal, one tree topped, and six trees trimmed. The ***** finally got removed on 8-10-2024. Yet to be completed are the one tree topped and trees trimmed. I am writing this review on 8-28-2024 and the job has not been completed! This complaint was prompted as I received a text (8-28) and still not sure when this will be completed. Fortunately, I have not and will not pay until this gets completed satisfactorily. This experience has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I recommend you look to another tree service as this Company is unprofessional and does not complete the agreed work timely. Will update this; if I can, when and if this does ever get completed.

    I most definitely don't recommend this business! It took them two days to get our big tree down as they rushed the 2nd day. Both **** and ***** all they did was bicker and curse at each other the whole two days. They were supposed to clean my yard up but they didn't clean it all up. While they were supposed to be doing our job that we hired them for they decided to do two other jobs and then it stressed the owner ***** (the dad) out and then they didn't even want to finish cleaning our yard. All the money we fork out for them and we still have to clean up our yard. Yards looks way bad after them leaving. They were not "professional" by any means. Didn't put my fence back up when they took it down to get to my neighbors yard to do her tree.Honestly I wouldn't hire them to even cut down one branch!! Very disappointed! **** threw his banana peel in my yard (my husband saw him) and couldn't even throw it away. Our garbage can was right there. There all about the money, and not even making sure there customer is happy!!

    Not reliable. Waited for them to do work for 3 months. Never showed up.
