the bank is reporting incorrect information to the 3 major credit bureaus which will cause negative information to show on my credit report for 23 months longer than legally allowed in ****. Also, when I disputed the information the Bank changed information 7 times which resulted in my score being lowered almost 200 points. In all of these changes they did not correct the error. I sent them a letter requesting information and also asking them to correct the error, that letter is dated Sept 2021. They did not send me the information I requested nor did they correct the error.

      Hello *****

I am responding to the attached complaint we received via mail to Central Bank. Weve been in communication with ****************** regarding her charged off mortgage throughout ************************* January of 2022. ****************** has requested the bank stop reporting negative information to the credit bureaus related the her charged off mortgage.  ****************** believes the 7 years of negative reporting should have started when the loan went into default. We are currently reporting to the credit bureaus from the date of last payment the bank received, which was from the sale of the property on 4/10/2018. We are within the law to report negative remarks related to the charge off for 7 years after the last payment made to the loan, which was 4/10/2018.

We are approaching 4 years of negative reporting to the credit bureaus related to this charge off and have worked through all efforts to recover charged off debt. We will discontinue reporting negative information to the credit bureaus related to the charged off mortgage. I will call ****************** to inform her of this as well.

Please let me know if you need additional information from us.

      Thank you,

      *********************

I am rejecting this response because:

This is not accurate, I told them to stop changing any information on my credit report. They changed the amount due, it took my score down. The deleted the amount due, it took my score down. They added a note to my account, it took my score down. They removed the note, it took my score down. They do ANYTHING it takes my score down. So I asked them to leave it alone.

I didn't make a payment after September of 2016, I have asked for records of the payments including the payment they show in March of 2018.

The law states the reporting date is the date the loan went into delinquency, not the last payment date which is why I am disputing the dates.

      Sincerely,

      *************************

The last payment made to this debt was March 18, 2018. This was from the sale of the property after it went into default and we took possession. There is still a judgement out for money owed. We have agreed to stop reporting negative remarks to the credit bureaus going forward as outlined in my initial response.

I attempted to call Delsey last week to communicate this to her but was unable to reach her or leave a message.

Let me know if you need additional information. Thanks.
