I was contacted by Smart scripts and I asked if this was about a special order prescription I was prescribed. The woman said "yes" so I gave her my insurance info. They transferred ALL of my prescriptions over (not including the special order of course) as I was telling my doctors NOT to listen to them. They charged a higher copay and when I tried to call and transfer back to Express Scripts they lied and said Express Scripts had to call them. So I called Express Scripts and they looked into it saying no I was right SmartScripts had to transfer the stolen scripts back to Express. When I recalled SmartScripts them tried not to give me a pharmacist who needs to make the transfer but again send me through their chain of people. I insisted and the pharmacist said he will transfer by the end of the day. I am a 40 year old woman and I wonder how many older people they are taking advantage of with deviously taking over their prescriptions and lying about how to get them back to the pharmacy they prefer. They deny I paid more in copays but according to Express Scripts they charged more as well.
