    I purchased 8/12/24, what I was told by the owner *** Jerns , a great product that would easily cool my home and had a better warranty than other similar products. Both are incorrect. Currently I have been trying to get this flawed product fixed. It has been making a loud noise when it comes on and continues thru its cycle. I called the company and ***** son came to fix. He told me there was water in the system and that was the noise problem and could also be the reason for the a/c unit not cooling properly when hot outside. He couldn't fix it that day like he thought so he had to come back. He brought one of the installers with him on a later date. *******, the installer, found a completely different problem. This was on 10/3/24. I asked about flushing the system to get the water out and ***** son said he wouldn't do it now because another issue was found. ******* said he would order the part that day and it's takes 3- 5 days to receive and someone would call me. Well, 10 days later and nobody called so I called the company. I would have tried *** again but he has not to this day returned any of my attempts at contact. ******* said he'd call about the part and let me know. I asked him about the flushing because water in the system is NOT good. He told me he'd put It on the job board. That was 6 days ago and I have yet to hear from anyone AGAIN. SO, ***, the owner won't call and I made it Very clear to ******* and the Secretary that *** hasn't gotten back to me but he can call me..he hasn't. I did text ******* today 10/16/24 and am waiting to see about his reply. I am tired of waiting and the unprofessional conduct of ***** son and ***, the owner not getting back to me period is not withstanding, Sad, unprofessional and disrespectful to name a few. It may be that a whole new unit needs to be put in or maybe even my Money returned. I have spent a lot of time and had tons of Stress because of this unwarranted treatment.     On May 10 2023 Jerns heating and air came to my house due to an issue I was having with my air conditioner. ***** the repairman checked my thermostat then went out back to the unit. I went out back to explain to him what the unit was doing when I shut it off. I told him that the unit was making a high squealing noise the night before so I shut it down. I also explained to him the it had done this the year before and another company had said that a bearing was going out. The unit came on and it was running normal and I explained that this also happened with the prior company and Id had to leave it running until it got hot enough and started making that noise and I had to call the other company when it started doing it again to come back. He said hed watch it for a few minutes to see what it does. I went back in my house and within a few minutes there was a knock on my front door and ***** standing there. When I opened the door he says to me he knows what the problem is and hes got to go to the shop to get a part and turns and walks away. I wait for him to get back to discuss with him what he found out. In the meantime I go out back to water my plants and discovered that he had taken my air conditioner apart cutting wires that were hanging out from it. I took pictures so I could discuss with him why hed go ahead and start repairs without discussing price of said repairs beforehand. I went back in my house and Id say about another 30 minutes passed and I hear my doorbell ring. I answer it and ***** hands me a piece of paper. I look at it and its a bill for ******. I asked him what this is and he says its the bill and hes done. I said to him that I didnt have that kind of money and couldnt pay it. I told him Im on Social Security and dont get paid until the 20th. He says to write a post dated check. I said do you take those and he says yes. I did that and he left. Four days later they presented the check to my bank causing NSF fees of *****

    This was resolved when the owner of Jerns called me and had his office manager send me the ***** dollars for the *** fees his company caused me at my bank.

    Did not receive programmable thermostat and upgraded filter for heat and air conditioning system purchased from this business. We were told they were included in the package. We have tried to communicate directly with company to resolve issue. They have said person we need to speak with will get to ** but never has. The issue has gone unresolved for many months.
