              I submitted a from on 10/18/2023 to surrender my life insurance policy. I was told the processing would take **** days and then I would be mailed a check for my premium return. It has now been over 10 days. I am unable to get any information as to why its late other than they are backed up. I feel they are in violation of their own policy of **** days processing time. I am wanting my money returned immediately and I feel at this point they are stealing my money.

              My wife and I were involved in an accident on the 15th of March 2024, the individual who caused the accident was insured by Farm Bureau they were deemed at fault by the police. We contacted Farm Bureau to know and were given a point of contact at Farm Bureau it took multiple calls to finally get in touch with our point of contact. when we finally got in contact with them we were given a claim number. Days later we were informed that another individual would be our new point of contact because the accident involved 4 vehicles. Again it took multiple calls to get in touch with them. I had gotten an estimate to repair our vehicle on March 18 2024. We finally received Authorization to have the vehicle repaired on April 10 2024. When our vehicle was considered a total loss, no one from Farm Bureau contacted us that our vehicle was deemed a total loss. Throughout this entire fiasco Farm Bureau people are extremely hard to contact to find out any information concerning the claim. It is now May 21 2024 still having trouble contacting Farm Bureau about our claim for final restitution.
